“I've had my car worked on at Advanced Import Repair twice now and they have done excellent work. The pricing isn't any higher or lower than other places in the area, but they're an honest business and have great communication. The shop itself is also very clean. This coming from someone who is paranoid about dropping their car off anywhere because of damage that's been done to it in the past by mechanics. I highly suggest giving AIR a call if you're having automotive trouble. They always got me in within a couple days.”

“Top not customer service, repair work and pricing. Jim the owner is remarkably fair and honest, easy to talk to and explains issues in an easy to understand manner. Ron the manager at the front desk has amazing customer service and is an all star. He recently came out in the freezing cold to do what I thought was going to be a super expensive repair on our windshield wipers and fixed the issue in minutes, tipped his hat and walked back inside…no charge. We’ve been taking our cars here for 7+ years and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else. Thanks guys for all your help throughout the years!”
“I had an issue with my car having a leaky fuel line. I took it to Matt's auto to have them fix it. They called me several hours later to inform me that it can be fixed but was a waste of money because the underside of my car was so rusty and that I should scrap my car. I just want to say thanks for taking the time to look at my car and not just fixing the issue and taking my money and not telling me about the other issues that made the car unsafe. Great place to take your car where they won't take advantage of you!”

“All I can say is WOW. I usually shop with discount tire but went with m &w this time around. Called in Tuesday and ordered my tires and set up an appointment for 1pm the next day. They called at 9am saying my tires were in, showed up around 10am and was out the door by 11am. Alexis was super friendly and helpful. 10/10!”
“Had my car serviced today to replace my front brakes and an also get an oil change. I first reached out when I was told that I needed rear shocks AND front brakes replaced. I was quoted under the amount quoted by several other places and when I took my car in for a look over, I was told that I only needed my brakes replaced. I experienced the service of an honest and competent mechanic who is not looking to take advantage of customers and it's very common to have that happen, especially to a woman! I will bring ALL my car related needs here going forward!”

“This review is late in coming but potential customers need to know about Andrew's honesty and integrity, plus he deserves the acknowledgment.
Last year I needed 2 new tires put on my car in a pinch due to one going flat and the other being at the end of its tread life. I paid in cash and unbeknownst to me I overpaid because two new $20.00 bills stuck together, and when Andrew discovered my error he immediately ran out the door and caught me before I left the premises to make sure I got my money back. Enough said :)”
“I thought I had a transmission problem. My mechanic sent me to Pro Transmission in BH. Brian had my vehicle checked out and found that the engine was misfiring and the issue was not the transmission. He did not charge me for checking out the vehicle. Thankfully he suggested I go back to mechanic (Rome’s) who figured out it was a bad coil.Brian was professional and HONEST and saved me thousands. I recommend this business!”

“Had an unknown tire issue I short-term patched with fix-a-flat. Tried another place nearby but they weren’t able to fit me in. These folks got me in right away, found the nail in my tire, and were able to get a replacement tire to arrive the next day, which they slapped on at a fair price and I was right as rain.

“I will start by saying that I was driving long distance when my car broke down a couple of miles from Damon auto part. The weather was not favorable and I'm from California so that was not fun. Had to be at the Detroit Airport at 5pm to pick up my 90 year old Dad who never turns his cell phone on. Anyway, they looked at my car right away, rearranged some other clients Auto Repair schedule per their okay. They figured out the problem ordered the part,and got me out of there in two and a half hours! So many bad stressful things running through my head on how I was going to get my Dad, if I was even going to get out of there that evening... “I was on a business trip from Michigan to Chicago yesterday, and I was losing air in my tire. I had to keep pulling over to get air in my tire until I found a tire repair place. They were booked but pulled my car in anyway and fixed my tire. I would have been stranded and missed a very important meeting had they not helped me. They were a total blessing! Thank you so much!
