“On our way back up to Holland from Chicago, we managed to blow our tire out. We got it changed, and an hour later, blew out the spare. We parked and slept cause it was 130am. Next morning, called this shop. They ordered our new tire in the morning, without a prepayment. Offered us the ability to hang out in parking lot till tire came in, so we called our roadside assistance and got towed over to their shop.Staff extremely friendly, and definitely there to help you. Love the small town hospitality we received here. Staff was awesome, even extra tipped the guy who put the tire on for us. Will definitely keep this place in our phone book for emergencies.”

“I've had my car worked on at Advanced Import Repair twice now and they have done excellent work. The pricing isn't any higher or lower than other places in the area, but they're an honest business and have great communication. The shop itself is also very clean. This coming from someone who is paranoid about dropping their car off anywhere because of damage that's been done to it in the past by mechanics. I highly suggest giving AIR a call if you're having automotive trouble. They always got me in within a couple days.”

“I had an issue with my car having a leaky fuel line. I took it to Matt's auto to have them fix it. They called me several hours later to inform me that it can be fixed but was a waste of money because the underside of my car was so rusty and that I should scrap my car. I just want to say thanks for taking the time to look at my car and not just fixing the issue and taking my money and not telling me about the other issues that made the car unsafe. “Andrew is a really great mechanic he’s honest and will tell you when you don’t really need the work done to you’re vehicle, but when you do it’s really affordable. I had him do a tune up on my very old used junker that ran terribly and you could really feel and hear the difference. “All I can say is WOW. I usually shop with discount tire but went with m &w this time around. Called in Tuesday and ordered my tires and set up an appointment for 1pm the next day. They called at 9am saying my tires were in, showed up around 10am and was out the door by 11am. Alexis was super friendly and helpful. 10/10!”

Had to be at the Detroit Airport at 5pm to pick up my 90 year old Dad who never turns his cell phone on. “It was negative 10 degrees outside and I got a flat tire. I called around and Bryan’s Automotive answered and said come in and we will help you out. They stopped what they were working on to help me out as soon as I pulled in. They were sweet as can be and patched up my tire and checked all my other tires to make sure I could drive away safety (I had a 3 hour drive home). It was clear their top priority was me making it home safely. I cannot recommend them enough.”
“I thought I had a transmission problem. My mechanic sent me to Pro Transmission in BH. Brian had my vehicle checked out and found that the engine was misfiring and the issue was not the transmission. He did not charge me for checking out the vehicle. Ron the manager at the front desk has amazing customer service and is an all star. He recently came out in the freezing cold to do what I thought was going to be a super expensive repair on our windshield wipers and fixed the issue in minutes, tipped his hat and walked back inside…no charge. “When the initial repairs were unsatisfactory, Leroy's did not hesitate to re-schedule an appointment and continue repairs until I was happy, which included a third trip for a final adjustment. For this, I am grateful. While the process did end up taking from October 2021 to March 2022, I am happy with the quality of final product and professionalism from the staff.However, I have to take off a star for the initial October appointment (booked through Progressive) somehow not being in their system, as well as the exhausting amount of time spent waiting for the appointment to fix the original repair, which had failed.
