She IMMEDIATELY stopped that conversation, asked to assist me, and completed the transaction. Thank you! I cannot think of another business I have entered where the employee IMMEDIATELY engaged with me as a customer, walking away from what they were doing, whether a personal chat or doing work to be done when no customers are around. “Picked up my groceries as always since I am disabled. I mentioned to Rick that the website was missing the bran muffins I always get and asked if Meijer's no longer sold them? He replied that they were in the store and went back in and added 3 4paks which I usually get. I was bummed when they didn't show on the website. Happy I was able to get them today thanks to Rick!”

“Grocery pick-up is crap shoot. Sometimes it's good and sometimes you wait an hour or more past you pick up time. If the order is not correct. Walmart customer service will fix it for you. It's a godsend as I do not have the energy to navigate the store. Deliver personal is normally kind and friendly.”
