“1st time using Sweet Bikes. I haven't rode my bike in years. Took it in for a tune-up. Ended up needing a gear replaced. They replaced the gear and tuned the bike up. Picked it up, and Emily was extremely helpful with all my questions and even showed me how to remove the front wheel and put it into my pickup truck, probably. Would highly recommend them. If there were anything I could say to improve the customer service even more would be to wipe down or even wash the bikes for your customers before returning them. But I'm still extremely happy. Thank you!!! ??”
“I purchased a pair of shorts for my grandson for graduation from M Den. They were sent by a 3rd party and Amazon. They didn’t fit and they would not allow me to return because it was past 30 days. All I wanted to do was exchange and after two emails and going to 2 stores that were closed, I went to Rally House. The manager from the Canton Store on Michigan Ave was so kind. She looked it up and was able to see that they sell it there. She gave me a gift receipt for the $90 for my grandson to come and purchase whatever he wants. I will be ordering all my sport items from Rally House. It was such a pleasure working with her.
