“I recently visited Lids to purchase some hats for my son's birthday. The employee who helped me was very kind and helpful, providing me with solid suggestions and answering all of my questions. I wish I could remember her name, but I lost the paper with it on it.I ended up purchasing a U of M hat and an old school Pistons hat for my son, and I also had the stitch work done on one of the hats. “Went there today, kind out of the norm, but the guy was great, knowledgeable and shared his knowledge for free about my crossbow and also fixed the problem... for free. He could of easily lied and told me I had to buy a new mechanism or something but instead showed me how to fix my own stuff. I would recommend his service to anybody in the area.”

“I cannot say enough good things about this business! I purchased a 35' rainbow parachute from them. They were quick to ship and it arrived exactly as described. It was clearly quality and well-made. We used it and (unfortunately), due to a small defect, it ripped. Given that this was a 300+ parachute I didn't expect them to replace it- but I reached out to see if they had recommendations on how to fix it. Their help was so prompt and caring. If I had lived closer they would have repaired my existing but instead they mailed me a brand new one! Sue, in particular, at customer service was amazing (calling, emailing, everything). Would buy from this company again in a heartbeat!”

“Pretty solid store, but definitely a bit lacking compared to the others in the state. The men's section is maybe 20% of the total footprint, and there just isn't a very good selection but that's not to say its a bad selection.Good staff, clean and tidy, overall a perfectly fine store.Be aware that the parking lot can be a nightmare.”

“They have a lot of good shoes here all of the newest releases. Would highly suggest it. The one thing I didn't like is that they didn't have a lot of Jordan 1 highs in stock maybe that was just because of when I went with the release dates. I would give this place an 8 out of 10.-update I just got Nike blazer mid 77's here ( see picture) they are awesome.”
