I came in looking to switch over from Verizon, honestly not expecting much more than a basic setup. But Will went above and beyond from the start. He took the time to walk me through all my options, answered every question clearly, and made sure I fully understood everything before making any decisions.
What really stood out was how much he genuinely cared about helping me save money. He was able to cut my monthly bill in half compared to what I was paying before, which honestly felt too good to be true. On top of that, he helped me take advantage of a promotion that got me a free iPhone — something I didn’t even expect walking in.
