“This is my place the staff is helpful and this is where I'm able to get my feed and everything I need. I also want to say my basement flooded and I would have never thought of TSC as the go to place for that. Thankfully I was there picking up a regular order and staff was able to show me that they do have pumps and different equipment you would expect to see at a hardware store so if you are shopping around for certain hardware check them out. Tires as well”
“I went to Ace today, in Monroe. As soon as I walked in Chris greeted me with a hello. Dave immediately, said what can I help you find? I showed him what I had and told him I needed a washer to fit this.He corrected me and said I needed an O ring. He kindly helped me find the size I needed. Granted it was only a .99 O ring but Dave went out of his way to help me. I did pick up another item while I was there. Chris was at the cash register, very friendly and signed me up for an award card. Took his time to explain the benefits to me.I will definitely be going to Ace for any other home improvement items I need, verse the larger stores, that don’t give the personal care.Kudos to Dave and Chris for making my morning pleasant.”

They are a little on the pricey side but it's nice to have a local hardware that could carry some little stuff when you need it. Lots of young staff but very friendly always asking if you need help with anything nice clean parking lot nice safe area to shop. Everything is usually pretty organized there's not much stuff out of place like the big box stores.”

The quality of some of their tools is not the best but I have had many tools that have lasted a long time and they have a good return policy. The store is layed out well and the employees are very friendly and helpful. I really enjoy visiting this store and they have a large selection of tools.”

I stated that i know how to use the equipment, he then went over a quick overview of the machine to make sure i understood how that machine operates.He obviously cares about people and wants then to be safe and suceed. “My family has been coming to this Keck for ages, they're simply the best. What made me hop on and review today was that they were just able to get a stuck lawn mower blade off my lawn mower so I could put the new one on (did that for me as well). This was after several attempts by me and several of my neighbors. They do great work replacing screens as well, and they even offer the pet screens. And, they always have everything I need. Shop local! Shop here!”
“I loved how tidy the store was and even better how helpful everyone was! For a Monday night the staff were happy to talk to me and I felt right at home. They had a wide variety of stuff for me to grab that I have been meaning to pick up. Now that I know it's so easy to stop by I will be happy to stop here instead of trying to order things online.”

“I had rented a utility pump to empty water in basement. When I was done I had 15 minutes to make it back to store so I wasn’t charged a second day and could get deposit back. I had called and was going to be past closing time. The guys in the rental shop, the rental desk worker, and a cashier all stayed so I could get the return done. Great customer service that helped me tremendously.”
“I've found what I needed every time I've visited. I don't do any major building. This store still has the big race car carts, and holiday displays inside. This made our day, since it was too cold to be outside. I don't know anything about tool supplies, but as far as just talking your kid somewhere to be entertained for a bit, I recommend.”
