This man didn’t just ring us up — he made us feel like VIPs at the world’s finest convenience store. We dropped about $200 on lotto tickets, had an absolute blast talking with him, and felt so good about the whole experience that we came BACK an hour later to cash in and buy even more. Did we return because of our winnings? Sure. Did we also return because Mark radiates “lucky charm energy”? Absolutely. If we ran a business, we’d draft him first round — no hesitation. He’s quick, personable, hilarious, and makes the whole place feel like your neighborhood hangout instead of just a gas station. Primart — do not let this man go.
