“I have been a customer for 18 years, and have experienced some decently bad customer service when going into this location. I don't want to say I was profiled, but I was definitely treated different, on a few occasions when I went in.
The only reason I didn't cancel business with this credit union is because I've gotten comfortable with them, and normally handle everything online, so I would never have to deal with the people inhouse.
Today, I received exceptional treatment. I might add, the specialists in there today are different from the people I dealt with before (Thank God). I held off going into the branch as long as I could. Upon entering, Ms. Tracy was the most pleasant lady who greeted me and was going above and beyond (without even knowing I was annoyed to be in there) to answer the questions I had an provide solutions for my issues. Then, I got to Ms Joselyn, who furthered the experience by being attentive, explaining certain processes, and walking me through what I needed. I might have walked in with the biggest frown that I had to even go into the branch, but I left with a smile on my face, feeling appreciated as a customer. They might have just kept me for another 20 years.

“I just had the best Customer Service from Adisa!!! I was desperately trying to get into the bank before they closed. I called to let them know I was coming, but a construction incident slowed my travel and made my arrival time exactly 5:00. Adisa was patient and kind! She stayed late to ensure my transaction was handled properly. She is always kind and friendly when I go to this location.
God knew I needed Adisa’s kindness today! She stayed when others would have turned their back at closing.

“This probably one of the less assuming Genisys's (that's a real word I just made up), smaller and tucked away in the corner of a strip mall but the service is exceptional, particularly Shawanda Estelle. I applied for a small personal loan and she was beyond helpful. She made me feel like I was her top priority and genuinely a sweet, kind person. Several months later my daughter was looking to finance a car and I knew right where to send her, and once again the personal service was outstanding, which in turn made me look good in my daughter's eyes. The app is user friendly and intuitive, my only small critique is the ATM. Abit outdated. To make a deposit it needs to feed you an envelope, you fill it out and feed it back. Because of this it has to be manually checked in by staff which takes longer to hit your account which can take a couple days.”
