“Outstanding location with a strong customer focus. My daughter and I came to the UPS store on Square Lake Rd. and Telegraph to return a cart to Amazon. To ship it back, required disassembling the entire unit. A member of the team helped me in the disassembly when a few pieces became very challenging. I want to thank Raphael for his help. Whenever I visit this UPS Store, I’m always impressed by how helpful, friendly, and caring the entire team is. The staff shows excellent teamwork—each person is quick to step in and assist whenever needed. I’ve brought in important documents to be printed, and every time I’ve received outstanding service. In particular, Tyler consistently goes above and beyond, and I truly appreciate his expertise. This location is by far the best!”
“It was my first time coming to this location and the tall young man named moe at this ups store did a fantastic job. He actually walked me through all the tech steps for my Amazon return which shocked me because at other ups stores they don’t care about that and just shoo me away. Even when I was waiting in line he was super helpful and professional, I was really impressed!”
“Normally great here but a man, I think a manger/owner wasn’t familiar with how the return looks when Amazon loads it in an Apple Wallet, he said it wasn’t a UPS return and just walked away. Someone else was nice and helped us.
