“Keith always tries to help me the best he can, he is always kind to me, and tries to figure out whatever phone will work best for my kids and I. I've learned to only use service at this location or monroe metro building, they are very honest with me, and even went out of their way to help me with a situation! Sam is a great business man, treats his customers like family. This is by far, the best metro locations there is!!!”

“My mom recently had to file an insurance claim for her damaged phone. The insurance company gave us the hardest time with the claim, so we went to see Dyson at the Metro PCS store on Dix in Lincoln Park. Dyson got on the phone with the insurance company and assisted us with completing the claim.
Dyson was professional, patient and very kind. He did not have to go above and beyond like he did, but we sure are grateful that he did.
Dyson even told my mom that she could bring her replacement phone in when she received it and he would set it up for her. Once she received the phone, Dyson took care of getting her data transferred to the new phone.
