“Just came in for the first time looking to start collecting Pokémon cards with my siblings as a new hobby! Didn't know what to expect, but did some research before hand on some packs we were interested in. We came in and left here with such good vibes! Diego was super kind, shared his thoughts, and helped my little sister and I choose our first booster packs together! We bought a Scarlet & Violet 151 Booster Bundle (great pricing, lower rates when comparing to online competitors). Out of the two booster bundles that were in stock in the glass cabinet at the store, we let Diego decide which one to bring home with us. We opened up the booster packs as soon as we got home and pulled a Bulbasaur #166!! Could not express our excitement. We will definitely be back and have this be our go to place in continuing our collection. THANK YOU DIEGO!”

He charged me a slight fee for the new end. I needed a quality surge protector and he fixed me up with the right on for my t.v. and electronics. They have reasonable prices and carry good quality home entertainment products/systems. Buy local!”

I dropped my phone and broke the camera this morning. I only had a small window to get a phone after work. I had little to no expectations of actually getting a *phone*, let alone getting the entire experience I got.
Jackie and Maria sat and answered all my questions, even though it was nearing closing time on a Friday night. And before we were finished they had already called another local store (44th and Clyde Park) to have a case and charger set aside since they didn't have one in stock for the phone I chose, and didn't want me taking the risk of breaking another camera. Incredibly thoughtful.
I'll be changing this store to my "home store" and driving across town to come here from here on out.

I wanted a specific phone but got a very honest deep meaningful opinion from Jade the worker there, and got an even better phone with good GB and camera quality. I got a good deal on the Samsung A21 and walked out paying under $100- case and screen protector includeddddddddddd . 10 out of 10 would recommend this metro store to my friends. Very caring customer service, genuinely wanted to help me & took her time getting me the best phone for me.”
