“A big shout out to Godwin Plumbing for coming to the rescue when water started spraying from a connection in my basement. They arrived quickly and arranged for the city to come shut the water off to my house so they could fix the problem. I was very grateful to be able to get the water back on and the leak fixed. Highly recommend! They had previously done some routine repairs at our house and we were very happy with that service as well.”
“I went in today to get a new tank of gas. The black guy freaked out and told me to stay outside. When he came out he asked if I was a terrorists because I brought the tank inside to get refilled. He went one to tell me all about how you can’t bring on an empty take because it would explode. I will never get gas there again.. he is so unprofessional”

Was looking for a particular item but the only one they had was the display. It was marked for sale at a discount, and they sold it to me at an even larger discount since the regular item was on sale. They even carried it out to my car for me and loaded it in. Great customer service.”

“After multiple failed unhelpful trips to Menards for a bathroom sink project I was doing myself and about to give up on-Randy at Home Depot was my saving grace. He made me feel seen and heard and I really appreciated that! After describing what was going on and showing him the pipe I was working with, he helped me figure out what I was doing wrong and what I needed to correct the error. I was a die hard Menards gal, but no more! With Randy's help and knowledge I felt confident that I could finish this project and even start a new one-like replacing light fixtures! Thanks for helping a poor mom out and feel validated. My bathroom sink looks amazing and doesn't leak. Could not have done it without Randy's help! “I bought a grill today and selected to have delivery to my home about an hour away. 10 minutes after placing the order, I got a call from Donna, who asked if I would like it delivered today instead. Having it delivered a day sooner sounded pretty dang good to me.
Not only did she get it delivered to me quickly (as I said, I live about an hour away from the store), but she even helped me load it right onto my deck!
