“It may sound like hyperbole, but as brief as it was, this may have been the best in-store experience I think I've ever had. Only swung in to pick up a box of screws, but I left surprised and impressed. The store is clean and the staff were friendly and eager to offer help, and efficiently attended to every customer that walked in while I was there (there was a steady trickle), and generally seemed on-the-ball in a masterful way.”
“I bought a grill today and selected to have delivery to my home about an hour away. 10 minutes after placing the order, I got a call from Donna, who asked if I would like it delivered today instead. Having it delivered a day sooner sounded pretty dang good to me.
Not only did she get it delivered to me quickly (as I said, I live about an hour away from the store), but she even helped me load it right onto my deck!

“After multiple failed unhelpful trips to Menards for a bathroom sink project I was doing myself and about to give up on-Randy at Home Depot was my saving grace. He made me feel seen and heard and I really appreciated that! After describing what was going on and showing him the pipe I was working with, he helped me figure out what I was doing wrong and what I needed to correct the error. I was a die hard Menards gal, but no more! With Randy's help and knowledge I felt confident that I could finish this project and even start a new one-like replacing light fixtures!
