“Meijer is one of the first grocery stores I remember going to as a young child.They used to have more fun stuff for kids when I was younger. It was like a Meijer kids week (or something like that), and you could play games, and get prizes. I remember winning a gold fish a couple of times!!!I honestly think if you do more fun things for kids and families, it will bring in more people who may not have shopped there regularly, if at all. Hopefully it will make them love Meijer as much as my family and I do, and keep them coming back!Also, I really miss you being open 24 hours. I have always been a second shifter, and with you only being open until midnight since COVID, my normal grocery routine is totally gone now. Now I have to shop when it is super crowded, and full of giant 45 minute lines to wait in to get to a register and check out.I don't understand why you can't go back to your normal hours that you had for so very long. Please, go back to being open 24/7?????Maybe it will get all the other stores who did the same thing to go back to being open 24/7 too!!”

“Great service but over priced. Everything is $1.00-$2.00 more than Meijer. Want to use their digital coupons be prepared for disappointment. Fill out a form and then register at the counter. I'm been registered for ten years but that account doesn't work with digital coupons ?”

“Fantastic staff and variety of items available as always. But the owner needs to take care of the honey bee population that has suffocated this establishment on the inside of the store. I got stung by one last month waiting in line. I’m sure the employees are beyond concerned at this point. It’s a real problem that needs the right attention. Otherwise it’s a great and convenient spot for gas and other typical convenience store items.”

“I had applied for a position at a Dollar General location within Grand Rapids but the manager saw my application and asked if I was interested in an interview but the location was way out in Dutton which is off the bus line which is my mode of transportation. I wanted to see for sure where it was located and it was way off the bus route for me to get to. Sorry.”

“DG stores are typically in a pretty awful state. This particular one is the exception to that statement. The place is really well stocked (a true shock) and doesn't have any carts full of stuff to be put up blocking the aisles, another surprise. The employees are very nice and quick to help when you need it. I just wish this one was closer to home.”
