“I was in a bind, and I had to send out my son't birth certificate and social security card overnight. Ben is the one that helped me, and he was awesome. He offered a little tracking device to reassure me. He could not have been more polite, helpful and professional. Wouldn't think to go somewhere else for this service now.”

“I am elderly and needed to return some Amazon packages. I had no clue how to do it! Eric from our UPS store located in the Lowell Meijers in Lowell MI 48815 was wonderful! He took out time to educate me on the shipping process. Eric went above and beyond. Was kind and courteous and did not make me feel stupid. To Eric: Thank you so much for everything! It is young people like you that gives me hope for a better world. I Wish you all the best!”

“Pak Mail is my go-to for all my company's shipping needs. We send out a hefty amount of packages through them, and they've never let us down. The service is consistent, and what stands out even more is their team - always friendly and eager to assist. If you're looking for reliable shipping with a personal touch, Pak Mail is the spot. Two thumbs up!”

“I have been coming here for over the past decade. Getting loaded or unloaded is hit or miss depending on the time of day, the people working & if you are arriving around a shift (tour) change. They really need to stagger their employees schedule better around shift changes. I have been forced to wait over an hour for a forklift during those times, and heaven forbid you even think about using a manuel pallet jack to unload anything. I've had a forklift on more than one occasion yell at me for trying to unload my own trailer, for them to drive off, not doing anything, & then have another forklift driver show up an hour later to unload. I might get paid by the hour, but I do have better things to do with my time, especially when it is the last stop of my day.”

“Truly the nicest Staples store we have ever shopped at! They bring back the "human touch" to retail-office supply shopping and go the extra mile to ensure that their customers are receiving their most competitive offers/reward earning options and even honoring competitor store pricing when it is lower!”
