“I have been coming here for over the past decade. Getting loaded or unloaded is hit or miss depending on the time of day, the people working & if you are arriving around a shift (tour) change. They really need to stagger their employees schedule better around shift changes. I have been forced to wait over an hour for a forklift during those times, and heaven forbid you even think about using a manuel pallet jack to unload anything. I've had a forklift on more than one occasion yell at me for trying to unload my own trailer, for them to drive off, not doing anything, & then have another forklift driver show up an hour later to unload. I might get paid by the hour, but I do have better things to do with my time, especially when it is the last stop of my day.”

“Even though it’s almost always busy when I walk into the UPS the employees always have a great attitude and are efficient with moving customers along. They smile and do their best efforts to help customers if anything is wrong. I’ve even called before and the over the phone service is very similar. Although I don’t enjoy dropping off packages, I enjoy the employees attitude and customer service. Today I had Christina and she was very polite, fast and efficient.
If I had a reason why I only rated 4 stars instead of 5 I would say hire more people so things move faster !”
