“There are not enough word to describe how amazing the employees at this shop are. Every time I’m in the shop I feel so very welcomed and I feel like I can ask any questions I need. In particular Jack went above and beyond to take care of a snowboard I was giving as a gift and brought it back to life perfectly. 10/10 recommend this shop over and other shop for your snowboard gear. They always keep a very good stock so if you need something same day, you will find it.”

They were limited on sizes which was a little disappointing since I had driven an hour to do the exchange and walked away with the same shoes and needing to then shop them. So this year I went in there again to get her her own pair which is a match to the pair I have and got myself a second pair for $12 which is such a great deal because I am wearing those shoes every day all day.”
“We came here for some back to school shoes. They had a very nice selection of Dr. Martens. They also carry a lot of the other popular brands and styles. The individual here set aside the shoes for my child and I was able to go pick them up easily. She was kind, friendly, and very helpful. They also had the care accessories, which I declined at that moment, to take care of the leather. Even though I did not purchase those products, they will be there in case we need them in the future. I also like that they have the trendy items of the moment, when purchasing items for the kids I like to know where to get them for gifts and such. Lastly, I was told their return policy is for one year as long as the shoes are not worn outside the home. That gives us time to make sure the shoe fits since I was not present when they were selected.”

“I always walk by this place and never thought of walking in until my daughter was begging to buy her some so I decided to go back and check this place out. At first I was skeptical about crocs then the workers there explained how they were comfortable, easy to clean and easy to put on which was great info especially when my daughter doesn't even know how to tie her shoes. I would definitely recommend this place especially of the customer service.”

I finally ended my shopping here at the Snipes in Pontiac was greeted with the best customer service, and they had the shoes I was searching for in the right size. I was so happy, so very pleased and I completely forget the ladies name, and I even asked her for her name, And I still forgot my apologies however, The other employee that was also working, was just as polite I will definitely keep returning to this location As well, I recommend this location specifically Keep up the good work happy holidays”
