Gave us a bunch of information and tips and we have been consistent with the shampoo and have noticed a lot of change in the color of my dog paws in the first 1-2 use. She wouldn’t stop biting and licking her paws to the point she was bleeding and nothing was working. But thanks to the wonderful employee here that helped us we are now getting her paws back to normal! Appreciate the help. 10/10

17330 Hall Rd #199A, ClintonWhat a fun shop! I visited here this past week and got a dog-friendly yogurt dipped oreo treat and a vanilla "lickedy split" for my pup. She LOVED her treats. The young lady who assisted me, was knowledgeable in the products and able to help answer some questions that I had. They have a nice variety of accessories, bath items, toys, and dog treats (personally, I love the "natural," homemade ones that have healthy ingredients that even humans could enjoy if they wanted to hah). Whether you are local or visiting the area, this is a great shop to pick up a treat for your pup, or as a gift.

My dog had an urgent matter, and they did their absolute best to fit us in as soon as possible. Bonus that we can call when we get in the parking lot and go straight into a room, as my dog is very reactive to other animals (and people?) vet tech Bree was so kind and really listened to what was going on. Dr. Hildebrand was so caring as well! She took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns and made an entire treatment plan for my dogs needs so we could be prepared for procedures and costs.
The ladies at the front desk answered all of my questions and made sure to explain everything to me. They are so sweet, and funny!
I definitely recommend bringing your pets here to get great care!?

I brought a stray cat i had encountered here today, the cat had been hit by a car and was in bad shape and every other hospital I called told me to call animal control to euthanize it, but this place actually said we could bring him in.
They did check him over but his injuries were too bad and we had to euthanize him. The staff was incredibly sincere and kind to me and my brother who was very emotional even though they knew the cat was a stray. The empathy here was amazing and so were the doctors and nurses. Thank you for your help.

They were very professional quoted services more reasonably priced than most veternains quick service and we appreciated the velvet pouch and paw print. Would highly recomend their services they even have a cemetery on site if desired. We are going to put our kitty by the rose bushes in our yard next to the deck she loved being outside and we wanted to keep her near. Shadow is missed very much- hoping she is chasing bunnies and squirrels in heaven.?⬛?

It's a place where staff knows their "regulars" well enough to predict who will like which daily special(s) most & where no coffee cup ever goes empty. Good service is important, but good food is essential for a restaurant. The Rivercrest menu has some nice surprises (i.e., Blueberry Oat Bran Pancakes) & greater depth of vegetarian selection that help them rise above their competitors. For others with Food Allergies: Unfortunately, their menus are not allergen marked & there isn't any online access to ingredient info. However, I've found them to be very reliable when it comes to potential cross-contact risks & they are willing to "customize" an order/item as requested. I highly recommend them!
