“Love this Conlees. They offer plenty of parking, large restrooms, and the store is huge for a gas station They also sell hand scooped ice cream and there's a Rally's inside. This location offers a much larger variety of items from essentials to auto care, gifts and gadgets, food and snacks, drinks, tobacco, lottery, a huge selection of alcohol and more. Literally, the ONLY downfall is the friendliness of staff, and I guess that the lines can get long. I really wish they would focus more on customer service because the attendants can be very rude.”

“It's a simple gas station... I was disappointed that there was no food that could be heated up or something substantial besides things like chips, candy, etc. Something like sandwiches in the refrigerator would be nice and it would make a purpose for the microwave that's in there, couldn't find anything that you might need it for.”

“I absolutely love coming here. It is one of my go to places for the best gas prices and friendly service. The attendants are always fun and informative in saving me money with the rewards program that I'll admit I'm haven't been educated on. To be honest, I only signed up with their recommendations Bec it's a location I go to specifically for a fountain pop. The rewards gives me an occasional free pop which is well worth it. I only recently was informed that the app offers significant savings on gas. I'm talking about 40 cents plus their 5 cents offer for rewards customers. Who doesn't want to get 45 cents off these ridiculous gas prices. Getting my free soda has saved me even more than I knew. The associates are down to earth and have that hometown vibe I absolutely LOVE. Even if I'm not having a good day, they easily put a smile on my face. Way to go in keeping humanity alive and not just being automated. Their company should take notice and give these amazing people the recognition they deserve.”

“Whoever worked on 05/17 around 8pm was the sweetest person on the planet! We were there with a little one and she was so sweet and friendly with her. I will definitely drive out of the way to come back to this gas station.”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

With its funny billboard ads, award-winning clean bathrooms, and branded items Buc-ee’s is hard to miss. The company wants people to actually plan to stop at Buc-ee's during road trips, not just go there as a last resort. And it's working - the chain has a huge fan base, with Facebook groups dedicated to Buc-ee's having hundreds of thousands of members.

Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
