“Amazing experience at this location today! We called to confirm that they had a specific model of a product in stock. We were told that they did and they would put our name on it. We showed up and our name had been put on the incorrect model, and the one we asked about had been sold. We drove over an hour to get there, so we were disappointed that this mixup happened.
Loreen, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure we left happy, with a similar product. The whole team was very accommodating and understanding in our disappointment. We appreciate the drive thru team’s multiple efforts in getting the product into our (not so large) car. They didn’t give up, and we finally came up with a solution that worked.
What could have been a 1 star experience and a loss of business, turned into an easy 5 star experience. We look forward to being return customers!”

“Came in here today needing a few random bolts to fix my daughter's scooter, with no idea what parts that would actually fit.
The lady behind the counter was happy to help me with my problem. After we test fit a few bolts, we got everything all tightened down and it was as good as new & I was out the door in less than 10 minutes.
10/10 customer experience & was very helpful.”
“Phenomenal experience!
I'm from out of town, and was having some issues with my bike. There were 2 parts specifically I was looking for, with no details about size/names.
I went into the store and Tyrese helped me first. He went above and beyond to not only help me find the part, but to put it on the bike seat (after I explained I didn't have any tools where I was staying). We were still troubleshooting the second part, when he suggested I come back and talk to Bill (who has extensive bike experience).
I rode back an hour later, and Bill was happy to help. He had me wheel the bike into the store, took a good look at it. And it turns out I didn't need to replace the second part - some areas just needed some tightening.
Everyone that helped was kind, helpful, and happy to help. And they didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need, and were happy to problem solve things with me. Absolutely amazing experience.”

“HF is my prime source for tools that I need now and probably won't use regularly. Nobody beats them at this game.
On the other hand, they won't replace DeWalt or Snap On for the professional contractor or auto technician. HF's niche is selling tools that work acceptably well at a very low price.
They also sell some tools of moderate to moderately high quality. These, too, are value priced relative to their quality.
On the downside, you'll typically pay extra for warranties beyond 90 days. But that doesn't matter if you'll only use the tool once, and especially if the price is so low you can buy it multiple times and still come in cheaper than the competition. HF prices often are that good. Definitely worth checking them out next time you NEED a tool to finish a job.”
“Casey needs to be recognized. I was hesitant to call, thinking you wouldn't be able to fix my problem. I had major engine issues on a tractor and it was a weekend. I called and spoke to Casey, he said they had what I needed and he sounded confident so I went there. Sure enough, I was able to repair my engine internals with supplies that Casey measured, compared to my old parts, and found at your store. An extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful employee. Keep Casey in your organization at all costs.”

Was looking for a particular item but the only one they had was the display. It was marked for sale at a discount, and they sold it to me at an even larger discount since the regular item was on sale. They even carried it out to my car for me and loaded it in. Great customer service.”
“This place is amazing! Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have a fantastic selection of wood working tools. Very friendly and welcoming. I have been in here several times and every single time I have not had my expectations met but surpassed. Today I worked with Don he's very knowledgeable and professional. I love that they offer classes as well. By far some of the best experiences I've ever had with wood working come from here. Please don't hesitate to ask if you can't find something sometimes it just hasn't made it to the floor yet.”

“My sister goes to GVSU and came back from Thanksgiving break at 5pm with a nail in her tire on Sunday. She goes to college almost 3 hours away from home, so we were worried she wouldn’t be able to find any help besides AAA on a Sunday night. Blain’s was open so I called and they fit her in, and even though they couldn’t repair the tire, they put on her spare for her! Within less than an hour she was mobile again until she can buy a new tire. The customer service was absolutely amazing, and they even put her old tire in the trunk for her. I definitely recommend this business for any auto needs!!”

“Rented the 11 pound demolition hammer, worked great at removing 2x2 ceramic tiles from my fireplace hearth. Previous owner set them with concrete…I tried using a chisel but it took forever to just get one up. Hammer removed them in 2 hours. Big mess but definitely worth it. Need some muscle! Service was excellent, cost about $ 50.”

“Ferguson is first class and their staff was great to work with. Brianna, Ava, and Tyra were all very helpful throughout the process. We purchased Strasser vanity cabinets, a Victoria Albert bathtub and a bunch of Delta faucets and really like everything we purchased from them.
