“Just leaving a note for the awesome Assistant Manager, Alex. I came in today while they were clearly inundated with other guests. Alex greeted me happily upon arrival and let me know he’d help as soon as he could.
Despite the very clear handful he was dealing with, he checked on me twice while I waited and when he was able - he began the process of changing out my screen protector. I even noticed that he was able to assist his team with their questions while dealing with multiple guests himself. Great multitasker and seemed like a genuinely great person.
