Chicken kadai had like 3 tiny pieces with gross & undercooked gravy. Had to throw basically everything away. So disappointing. The other Troy branch is so much better than this.
Update: After seeing my review, the restaurant reached out to us and offered to remake the same order at no charge. We received the order today and this time everything was perfect. The manager personally took care of our order and made sure everything was prepared properly.
I really appreciate that they took the complaint seriously and made the effort to make things right. The original experience was very disappointing but their response and customer service afterward were excellent.

I'd go back just for the loaded seafood fries though - those were super delicious, had a good amount of whole fried shrimp perfectly cooked, and yummy toppings for $8.50. Yes, please. We also ordered both of the lobster sandwiches - the lobster roll and the lobster BLT - both tasted good; my lobster was the slightest bit overcooked but plentiful, but the sandwiches themselves are mini. Like, half the size of a regular bun. $25? I wouldn't do that again. But everyone was ordering the catfish, and the po' boys looked really good, so I'd go back. It is really nice to have them downtown - something different than the usual for sure.

The staff is a bunch of young girls who can sometimes be rude, which my guess is they don't wanna be at work. Also most of the 1 star reviews are about the Dubai chocolate sundae, I wouldn't recommend it, I never had it, but sounds like it's not very good. I get a chocolate malt when I go and it's always really good.

He fit right in. He’s cuddling, purring, and exploring all his new toys and home. He follows us everywhere we go. The adoption process was SO easy and all the staff and volunteers were all so sweet and helpful. We are even coming back this week looking to rescue one more fur baby. ?❤️
