When all other groomers were too afraid to groom my pet (pomchi) due to her nervousness (iykyk), she knew how to talk and approach my fur baby with no problem. When all other groomers labeled her unapproachable because she growled out of fear, the owner was able to handle her with love & we've been going ever since for (9 years)! Now both my senior & new fur baby goes with no problem and I also referred my mom's long haired German Shepard and she did great! I would highly recommend! If there's a drawback, they only accept cash or check only.

She was kind and sweet with him and let me hold him while she worked on his nails and reassured me that he was ok. She even reminded us to get our little Petey a pup cup before we headed out at the Starbucks in the same center. Thank you so much! We will be back!

It was a great experience from start to finish. They took great care of our pup, and his incision is healing beautifully. I can’t say enough good things, and if we lived closer, I would absolutely continue to have our pets seen here.

21600 W Eleven Mile Rd, SouthfieldSolid place for those who have high maintenance or abused/traumatized pets. I believe my pet was being mistreated at my previous vet. At Greenfield, they have experienced staff on hand, and have been honest when they don't have staff experienced for my unique dog. They gave sound advice about medicating him prior to the visit(s). I do have multi-visit appointments, because sometimes it's just too stressful for him and/or the staff - though that's expected given my animal's unfortunate history. I'll shout out Ellen (vet tech) and Dr. Reynolds for leading the charge most recently on working so well with my dog.

Dr. Alamipi has gone above and beyond in prescribing medications to ensure Gabby’s eye was cared for. Even referring Gabby to a specialist for further care. I am pleased with the care Gabby is receiving and would recommend Dr. Alamipi to anyone who would need Veterinary services for their pet.

The staff amazing , friendly and knowledgeable, the SWEET TREATs- amazing , we have lemons blueberry pound cake recommended by team member TOP TIER, lemon pound cake - scent took over the car. We will definitely be a returning customer.
I was so impressed that a staff member knew a guest order by heart. I love to support a blacked owned business!

I definitely have my usual go-to order, but even on the days when they don’t have exactly what I normally get, I never have to worry because there are always so many other delicious options to choose from. I honestly don’t think I’ve ever left disappointed!
What really keeps me coming back, though, is the people. Everyone is always so friendly, warm, welcoming, and genuinely caring. It’s one thing to have great food, but it’s another thing entirely to walk into a place and feel like the people are actually happy to see you. The conversations, the smiles, the positive energy, and the way they treat their regular customers make such a difference—especially first thing in the morning before heading into work.
They’ve created such a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere that grabbing my bagel has become more than just stopping somewhere for breakfast. It’s a little part of my day that I actually look forward to! I truly cannot thank the team enough for always being so kind and for consistently giving me a reason to keep coming back.
