“Steve, the manager, was very nice and informative. We thought we had a transmission issue because we couldn't get the keys out of the Ignition. He cleared the codes. He wasn't sure why the transmission codes popped up. Unstuck the keys from the ignition and said, if we had any issues to bring the vehicle back.”
