“I won’t go anywhere else but here! I’ve been helped by Omar and Moe and have been treated with nothing but honesty and respect. These guys are very knowledgeable and professional too. That means a lot for a customer, but specifically because I am a woman. They took the time to diagnose any issues I’ve had with my car, worked with CarShield and SilverRock which is a whole other beast in itself. They called me with updates and explained what was going on; even apologized when things took longer than expected, and it wasn’t their fault - it was a matter of waiting for a response from the extended warranty company. I am immensely thankful for this shop and will continue to be a customer there - HIGHLY RECOMMEND SPEEDY OAKWOOD AUTO REPAIR!!”

“I can't recommend Bill's Transmission highly enough! They made sure the repairs were done right and explained the work they did on my vehicle in detail, in a way I could understand. It's hard to find a shop that's knowledgeable, honest, and truly cares about doing quality work, but this place checks all the boxes. Bill's will be my first call going forward for automotive issues, and my first recommendation to anyone who needs general automotive service. Trustworthy shop.”

“First thing, I want to thank, JR, Rich and the entire team of skilled professionals at ARROW truck. I took my truck for a simple RE- PHASING of one yoke in the driveline, because of a vibration. The problem, turns was not as simple as I thought. The team of professionals, showed me every legitimate causes of the vibration. First of, this is a MACK drive train, and parts are not easy to get. Darrel got the Mack part before 10:30 am next day, unlike the dealer. Before noon next day, the truck was finished. Quality control by JR and 2 team members was thoroughly went over for more than an hour. Nobody in the truck service business does quality control. This was a first FOR ME. TOTALLY AWSOME experience, thank you all everyone at Arrow Truck.”

“Honest and transparent. If ever I need Trans work that is where I'll go. I wanted a fluid flush/fill and a new filter. After checking out my car, he highly recommended against it due to the high miles in my car as it can cause slipping in that case. He could have just done it and took my money, but his honesty saved money and possible headaches too.”

“I had a great experience with this tire shop! My tire popped on a Saturday night, and they were kind enough to let me leave my car there until Monday morning to get it fixed. In Detroit, where car theft is a real concern, it gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing my car was safe. They patched my tire quickly, took great care of me, and had me back on the road in no time. Excellent service, super friendly, and very professional — I definitely recommend them! I will be returning next time I have an issue with my car!”

“I’ve had work done here 4 times, each time was as good of an experience as one can have at an auto repair shop. Since day one, Mike, the owner has provided his cell phone. When I have an issue I text him to let him know and he tells me when a good time to come in is. They’ve never kept my vehicle overnight, it’s always done the same day and Mike stays in touch via text throughout the day. When it’s time to pick up, Mike always walks you through the repair usually showing you the removed parts. His employees are always kind and friendly and the prices are fair. I had an issue related to a recent repair done six months prior by them and they handled it quickly and at no charge to me. I recommend Chicago Tire to all my friends and happily give them a 5/5”

“I dropped my car off at Riverside Auto Care last week due to a gas leak. They informed me that that the fuel line was damaged and they would be able to repair the car on the same day they receive the part. When I went to pick up the car, I assumed I was just going to pay for the service they provided and be on my way. Instead, the gentleman brought me outside of the shop to:1. Show me the damaged fuel line that was underneath my car and explain why/how it got damaged.2. Explained to me how the fuel line was installed.3. Explained the reasoning the cost of the service they provided. It always a bummer having to cough up money for auto repairs, but I've never experienced a auto shop going out of their way to explain in detail the what/why/how. This is something I did not ask for and it was greatly appreciated since I'm not too savvy when it comes to auto repairs. Previous auto shops I've gone to will just collect your money, hand you your keys, and you're on your way. It was definitely a great experience getting my car fixed at Riverside Auto Care.”

“I can not say enough great things about this place. We had my daughters car towed here after her transmission died 2 weeks after purchasing her car. Matt was absolutely amazing and helped us out more than any person I've ever met. Such a kind hearted very skilled mechanic. He kept us updated throughout the repairs and we picked up her car today good as new. My daughter is all smiles and im forever grateful to the flexibility and grace this man showed us. I'd recommend them over any place period. It was worth the hour drive and I'd do it again in a heartbeat. They truly take care of you here. They went above and beyond for us and were truly thankful”

“Had a wonderful experience at WeCare Auto Repair Center. Brought my vehicle in for new brakes front and rear. They replaced the Rotors and Pads. Customer service was exceptional. Mike the owner was kind and very professional. They showed me the old parts and the heavy wear. They also replaced my lower control arms and sway bar links that was causing my vehicle to make loud noises when driving. Top notch service and quality work. I will definitely be back. Thank you WeCare.”

“I had a great experience with this repair shop. They kept me updated every step of the way and always called me before doing any work on my vehicle, which I really appreciated. They were honest, explained everything clearly, and did everything they could to help me while keeping costs reasonable. They also offer a warranty on their work, which a lot of repair shops don’t do, and that gave me extra peace of mind. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, and I definitely recommend them to anyone needing repairs. Thank you for the excellent service!”
