That means a lot for a customer, but specifically because I am a woman. They took the time to diagnose any issues I’ve had with my car, worked with CarShield and SilverRock which is a whole other beast in itself. They called me with updates and explained what was going on; even apologized when things took longer than expected, and it wasn’t their fault - it was a matter of waiting for a response from the extended warranty company. I am immensely thankful for this shop and will continue to be a customer there - HIGHLY RECOMMEND SPEEDY OAKWOOD AUTO REPAIR!!”

“I was having trouble with the braking system and took it into the shop. Turned out that the master cylinder was in need of replacement. It was under warranty from November 2024. They replaced the part and did not charge for labor. It was a pleasant surprise for them to admit it needed repair and not have a balance to pay off. I highly recommend their services.”

“A few months ago the flex pipe on my Ford Explorer fell off, I called around to find someone to fix it and get a quote on some front end issues we were having. I called here and they immediately took my car in. They fixed my flex pipe same day, and gave me an amazing quote for everything I needed fixed. In Detroit, where car theft is a real concern, it gave me a lot of peace of mind knowing my car was safe. They patched my tire quickly, took great care of me, and had me back on the road in no time. “First thing, I want to thank, JR, Rich and the entire team of skilled professionals at ARROW truck.
I took my truck for a simple RE- PHASING of one yoke in the driveline, because of a vibration.
The problem, turns was not as simple as I thought. The team of professionals, showed me every legitimate causes of the vibration.
First of, this is a MACK drive train, and parts are not easy to get. Darrel got the Mack part before 10:30 am next day, unlike the dealer.
Before noon next day, the truck was finished.
Quality control by JR and 2 team members was thoroughly went over for more than an hour.
Nobody in the truck service business does quality control. This was a first FOR ME.
