“Wild Goose Inn is a beautiful home, the room I stayed in was quiet, clean, and so very comfortable. The hosts Allen and Tasha(?) were so gracious and friendly. Always there to answer questions, and offer suggestions. The home cooked breakfasts were absolustely delicious, and so generous I couldn't eat all of it.
I absolutely loved my experience at this place, and for sure will return.”
“I had an exceptional experience at the Crowne Plaza in Lansing, and I want to specifically recognize Victor at the front desk for going above and beyond.
Due to some severe weather, we had to arrive a day earlier than planned, which created a few complications with our reservation. Victor took the time to patiently work through everything with us, nearly 45 minutes, and made what could have been a stressful situation completely seamless. He was even able to keep us in the same room and smoothly continue our reservation without any hassle.
What truly stood out was Victor’s attitude. He was friendly, positive, and genuinely invested in helping us. On top of that, he offered great local recommendations and made us feel very welcome.
Victor made a lasting impression on our stay. Thank you for turning a complicated situation into such a positive experience!”

“My family and I were there this past weekend for my nieces wedding. The hotel was in a great location and the service was great and what I have come to expect from Marriott. The wedding was at a different venue but the Sunday Morning breakfast was great. The other facilities were above many of their peers. Having the Michigan Flyer just outside the door was very helpful”
“I spend too much time in hotels due to business travel and I'm generally indifferent to or disappointed in them. This was an exception, and a particular surprise given its location in downtown Lansing (Lansing has definitely seen better days). The room was great, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed and very clean. There's also a wonderful Meijer grocery store next door which was handy for picking up water and snacks. When I come back to Lansing, I'm definitely staying here again.”

“The room I got was very spacious. I had a mini kitchen and living room along with the TV doing a 360. The bathroom was very nice it was like a mini house. The staff was very understanding and fixed things on their end to get my reservation active. I recommend this hotel and look forward to going again in the near future.”

“Affordable, spacious, and beautifully designed studio suite featuring a dedicated desk area. heating and air is included. The suite includes a small kitchenette equipped with a microwave, and refrigerator, along with hot shower and very comfortable beds. The units are kept meticulously clean. Guests are offered complimentary hot or cold breakfasts. On-site amenities include a sauna and a fully equipped fitness room. Additionally, there is a gift shop available to meet your needs. The staff is professionally trained, extremely friendly, and always ready to assist.”

“I checked in late last night so let’s start with the positives. I was glad that I could check in with my Hilton app and keyless entry. Once I entered my room everything seems clean and accessible. I don’t get a good night sleep because I could get the temperature right. Surprisingly there’s no thermostat in the room to set the temps. It’s just a unit that you can turn on off for heat and AC. So it’s either too hot or too cold. Not sure how I can resolve it. Maybe just leave it off. Breakfast was decent. Very similar to all Hilton breakfasts with waffles and eggs and sausages. Yogurt milk and cereal. Bagels bread and pastry. Hot oatmeal and fresh fruit. They have a decent size gym. You’ll see in my video. Also they have onsite washer and dryer. $1.75 to use. Back to the rooms. They use Crabtree and Evelyn products. Nice! Desk to work with wifi. Small kitchen with fridge and microwave. One last thing I don’t like is the placement of the TV. I like it in front of my bed so I can watch some TV before bed but you can’t angle it. You’ll also see in my video. Overall a 4 star place. Flew into Grand Rapids so it’s an hour drive from that airport as well. Also you can’t angle now tip the housekeepers cashless.”

I want to give a special thank you to Stephanie at Red Roof Inn. Today was incredibly frustrating because I had issues with not one, but two different hotels that were unable to accommodate me. After dealing with those problems, I was relieved to find someone who genuinely cared about helping.
Stephanie was very attentive, professional, and patient throughout the entire process. She took the time to listen to my situation, answer my questions, and work with me to make sure I had a place to stay. Her willingness to go the extra mile turned a stressful day into a much better experience.
Customer service like hers is hard to find, and it made a huge difference. Because of Stephanie's dedication and kindness, I would gladly stay at this Red Roof Inn again and recommend it to others. Thank you for making a difficult day much easier.”

“Rooms: The rooms are spacious, but barren. One of the lights in the room constantly flickered, the bathroom looked clean but reeked of stale piss, and the floor seemed like it hadn’t been swept in ages, shower had great pressure and nice temperature, and the bed was okay but you can tell it had seen better days.Walkability: There’s a few restaurants you can walk to, both fast food and regular sit down dining. There’s also gas stations on either side of the motels property that are fairly close and have a nice selection of things.”

“They are in the middle of a remodel right now so it's hard to say anything about what it will be like. However I've stayed at other Marriot branded hotels and this is pretty nice for the price. Hopefully they renovate fully soon. It looks a bit of a mess right now in the common areas.”
“This hotel has a great location, safe parking, great size rooms, and amazing team work there, i stayed here for few weeks and Managers are very responsive including senior managers, they are going under lots of construction now making it a much better place, new carpets, new couches, nice big stand up shower. ...”
