“Five stars for the staff, very smart, friendly and attentive, especially Lisa's treatment, she never fails to help me look for some products. But, the cusomter service lady, Horrible ? A very terrible lady served me. What bad attention. He doesn't know how to treat people politely. Very disappointed.

“My husband and I stop here probably an excessive number of times a week for coffee and pastries - so much so that either of us can tell when something is slightly off due to the price (did I forget my oat milk? ha!). Yes, the prices are a bit high, but one must recognize this is a local cafe/ store supporting local growers and artisans. Plus they have a cool sign showing how much has gone to their suppliers. You can also tell they are invested in the community, and their newsletter they email out is really great. We significantly prefer them to other coffee shops in town, and we bring out of town guests here every time they visit.”

“This is a small grocery and liquor store in downtown Whitmore Lake. It's been there forever. It has a nostalgic kind of feel when you enter. The isles are narrow and full and there's taxidermy hanging above the beverage cooler. They have most everything you need. I bought some premade burgers for dinner. I was also looking for egg whites and ground turkey, which I didn't see. I was ok with that because honestly, I wouldn't expect them to have those things. The only thing that struck me as a little strange is the size of the liquor section in comparison to the grocery section. But I acknowledge that I'm looking at this from the perspective of someone who doesn't drink and isn't familiar with liquor stores.”

“This place is the bomb! Perhaps Ann Arbor's best kept secret. It is a small, authentic market. Food is high quality and prices are very reasonable, especially when compared to a Whole Food's or Plumb Market. Their prepared foods are delicious, really delicious, and come in handy for mid-week meals. Shopping here is a treat. It is my new go-to place.”

“I come here all the time because this store is super organized and they have a ton of food options. It feels like a niehborhood market and the staff are always ready to help you find something. They have modern self cash registers and they even have a sushi fridge. Thier sushi is great!! Plus they have a nice seating area with tables and couches near the exit.”

“lots of good choices to choose from! wish mi goreng or samyang carbonara was there! the lip products i bought were a bit overpriced so i spent 30 dollars more (they were $10 each) than I expected during my trip..edit: carbonara is there now yipeeee. i really love going here only downfall is the prices but ye that's what you get with imported goods i guess (i might just be cheap LOL)”

“Clean store, well stocked, in a great location. Only issues I had here was the lack of employees. This place needs at least 1-2 extra people to run smoothly. Had a few times check out was painfully slow due to no fault of the employees. Too many people to handle for 2 middle aged women all at once.”
“Nice little place for a quick stop for snacks or an easy lunch. Plenty of cold drinks available as well. Counter person was very friendly and pleasant. Vegetable farm stand in the back. Thumbs up!!”

“I went to this grocery store earlier this week to pick up a few things for the house. Overall, it was a pretty decent experience. The store was clean and organized, and it didn’t feel too crowded, which I liked. Produce section looked fresh and had good variety, though a couple items were a bit pricier than expected. Staff was polite when I asked where something was, nothing over the top but helpful enough. Checkout line moved at a fair pace, no long wait. It’s not anything fancy, but it gets the job done and I’d shop here again when I’m in the area.”

“Good place to run in and get snacks. They have a lot of good energy drinks here and If you really wanted you could buy some frisbees while you were at it. The cashier's were nice and I am definitely going to come here again. 10 out of 10.”
