This wasn’t even the whole list. People will wait well over an hour to get any help. This is just insane. They have a huge new building next door but not nearly enough people here to have people wait under an hour and a half. Right now the wait is about 2 hours. This is just stupid.

I’ve been here twice to just cash checks. And both times I had to wait 45 minutes to even be called. I’m glad I don’t have an account here!
