“Thank you so much God bless you guys. Alexandra at the East Lansing location and Liam, were able to help us so much. Somebody stole my wife’s checkbook and they drained our accounts. I was so upset and Alexandra and Liam were so kind and so patient, they dealt with my frustrations and anger so well. “I had an absolutely amazing experience at this Chase Bank branch. I was helped by a wonderful lady with long blonde hair (I wish I caught her name!) who went above and beyond in every way. She took her time with me, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I understood everything clearly. I really appreciated how kind, patient, and genuinely sweet she was throughout the entire process. It’s not often you leave a bank feeling this taken care of, but she made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Truly top-notch service!”

“The employees were very nice and efficient. They made sure I was most comfortable at all times. They helped me set up everything in a very timely manner and explained details that I was confused about.
But there was just one issue. I went in to set up my account transfer for a club and originally, no one told me that I needed any identification. When I went in the 2nd time, I was told that I needed two government issued IDs because of my citizenship status, without accepting any pictures. At the moment I didn't have it on me, and I'm a student living on campus so I had to have someone from my hometown to come deliver it to me. So I came back the next day, and they set my account up without needing ANY identification. This is so strange and frankly a big waste of my time. I'm not even sure why they needed 2 IDs. Now I'm here with my account all set up.”
“The staff is great, and MSUFCU has always been good to our family. Member for about 18 years. Easy to work with and helpful. Had loans and car loans and checking and savings accounts. My kid has one there. Can't say enough positive things.
The new era in banking is different. Yes, there are now kiosk and check in tablets. Once you learn how to sign in its easy. And I've never waited longer than a few minutes as most would standing in a line at a financial institute. Be safe friends.”

Even when I got frustrated and impatient, she was super professional, and actually showed care, which is rare. Took longer than expected waiting on things out of our control but, when pushed come to shove, she worked hard to help push, and we got it done.
