The phone didn’t even have a working sim card. Moe, knew I’ve been waiting on my I Phone for two weeks. “Jay and John were so helpful. They not only helped us purchase a phone, they noticed I wasn't receiving equipment credits on my account, called and fixed many issues with my account and also got me signed up for a better plan at a lower rate. I'm very happy with the service I received and the time they spent helping me and my son get his phone all transferred over and the extensive amount of time fixing problems with my account that I didn't even know existed about the equipment credits. Great customer service!”

“So far so good. Just transferred my carrier from AT&T which was an enormous bill to Metro PCS which is a fair monthly price. Sal at the counter was helpful and courteous. He answered all my questions and gave me advice if traveling out of country. The transition was seamless and I didn't need to change my phone number. Way more helpful than both Woodhaven and Wyandotte AT&T was in person and on the phone, which is why I switched over. Metro PCS gave me good customer service I expect from a phone company.”

However, thanks to staff here being helpful and patient, he's always able to get sorted out when he has an issue.
A gentleman named Amir in particular has gone above and beyond to make sure My Dad continues to receive high quality service and support, and whenever he has a problem It's often Amir that gets him sorted out and remaining a happy customer.
And considering this tech stuff is difficult for him, I'm very grateful he's able to receive help from people that care.”
“If you need a passport photo, especially for a baby or infant, Henry's is the best place in Windsor for this. I visited several photography shops and none could do it. After two days of trying multiple places, all claiming it was too difficult to take a photo of my 9-month-old, I was very frustrated. Eventually, I went to Henry's, and they did an excellent job. They were very professional, experienced in positioning my baby, and didn't stop until they got the right shot. I had no issues at the passport office. I highly recommend Henry's for passport photos, especially for young children. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

“I came to this store for my grandmother. Was looking for phone for her to have because she lives by herself. Some lady named Sofia helped us look for a phone that my grandmother could actually operate. To my surprise my grandmother wanted a smart phone and we found a smaller one that she would be able to hold and work. The sales lady actually helped us get it all set up for her with phone numbers and everything and even gave her a quick rundown on how to operate the phone. Definitely pleased with this place and will be back.”

“Gus was on time to open store. I needed a replacement phone. I have an Apple but it was lost and I was waiting for the recovery time to expire so I could use my new phone. I'd been out of a phone for five days and decided to go into metro to get a new line. I didnt know but my Mother experienced a medical emergency my husband works nights so i had no idea She'd had a stroke. I was in a rush to get to the hospital and I needed to get in and out . Gus was knowledgeable understanding courteous and professional. The price was right and with a Samsung 17 I was shocked that the price was so low. Even lower than my deductible with AppleCare. Thanks to Metro I was able to call my Grandmother and allow her to talk to my Mother which had just had a stroke. Thanks Metro PCS and Gus you came through like a true champ!”
