“I just stayed with you guys this weekend. Was upset when I got my email stating my rate. It went up 100 dollars from all my other booked rooms. I'm booked 6 months in advance. So I called and the front desk lady Kati said very nasty also we are very busy so we can raise or rates. When i checked in i had to hook my boat up to electric. The outlets did not work so i called front desk. KATI again said not her problem and not her job to get it fixed
so i called the manager i believe his name was Mike cant remember told him everything. Girlfriend came back from breakfast and he the maintenance guy in the room fixing it all. Thank you. Me personally would of fired Kati. Now the maid service can use some help. No reason why we should have to ask them to empty out garbage and give us towels we had to ask for towels. Now the night made is the best. She is always cleaning all common areas and it smells clean and fresh when you walk in. And the restaurant waitress Amy. Don't you ever get rid of her. Best waitress ever. 1 more thing. Can you please put a bench out at door C so when the smokers go out we can sit down instead of standing all the time. Holiday Inn right behind it and same owner has them. Please put 1 back there. All your other staff are great nice people and very helpful. We will be back in 3 weeks for another tournament. See you then. Hopefully they will fix the rate problem from this past weekend. 7/11/2024”

“This was our first time using Minute Suites. We had a 5 hour layover on our way back to Tampa from Korea, so we called them to find out where they were located and if they had availability. Tina was the most helpful person you could ask for, and she gave me all the details, as well as helped us get the room booked. We were even able to check in a bit early. My only complaint was, it's a little noisy as this is right underneath the tracks for the indoor shuttle. But it was nice to take a nap for a couple hours after you've been traveling for 20 hours straight.”

“I thought this hotel served its purpose. The location wasn't anything exciting but it wasn't bad either. The room was fine though the wifi was a bit quirky. The breakfast was ok.Walkability: This is not in a walkable area. There is a freeway right nearby.”
“They lived up to there end of the bargain .i spent the night and left my American passport social security card and Real Identification (ID) and my Apple ear pod .

“Very clean, starting with there was NO carpet in my room (1st floor), love that! Sheets in our beds were super clean, I’ll said maybe new, full bed, not queen! Bathroom also clean It look like it has been remodeled, not with 5stars quality but, you’ll find a clean please to get some sleep ? I enjoyed my stay! Right by I-75 it makes it a great place to stop for some rest! BobEvans and Dennys on the same lot!”

“I’ve been here since August- and it’s February. Pretty much the same people stay here. Who work, and take care of there families. It’s quiet, always. Which is amazing. Apartments aren’t even this quiet. The management here is outstanding! Had a couple weeks where money was rough. They worked with me, the manager even gave me a complimentary night due to a misunderstanding. I’ve never had any issues with anything, the first couple days here the toilet flooded, and the hotel manager on site came and moped it up. They have been putting this place back together. I have never seen a bed bug. I wish I had a bath tub in my room it’s just a shower. The heat is definitely warm, and summer your own personal window air conditioning. Besides an occasional battle for hot water while in the shower. It’s really a great place for the cost. They don’t tolerate any nonsense here and will ask people to leave if they aren’t following the few rules they do have. The management live on the property with there children and will do everything they can to accommodate you.”
