“The best ever. The staff at the Swartz Creek location are the best!!! They helped me out so much when I was going through a difficult death of my mother. With taking care of me and my moms money I couldn't have done it without them. They are a blessing. I made friends with them and vice versa. Anybody that needed help with thier money or any other credit union issues that's where I direct them to. Also the people at the Durand location are awesome Also. They helped me out with a few things but I am so grateful for all of them at the Swartz Creek and Durand locations. Please don't lose any of these people. I couldn't have went through the death of my mom and all of the issues without them. They deserve recognition and probably a good raise. “Great credit union, the online banking structure could greatly be improved and some of the companies they work with are garbage but Elga is good. As a warning never buy anything they offer from truestage. It will literally be a waste of money, and you will need to hire lawyers if a time comes up that you need to use the insurance for say ripping your spinal cord as an example. Even tho you’ve made all the payments and filed your claim and jumped through hoops with your messed up spine you will not be covered after over a year and wondering how it is even legal for a company to do so. But hey Elga is a decent place to bank otherwise.”
“I have been a member since 2020. I love the Cash4me loan benefit. Its simple and quick and since I've taken out one it has raised my credit score because they report your payments.”

“I’ve been with Genisys for years and it’s almost always smooth sailing. I just recently had an issue with a mobile deposit check being rejected. However, after speaking with a representative I was transferred to the branch manager who went well beyond what was required to help solve this issue. The issue was resolved and I’ve never been as sure about my choice in a credit union. Thank you to everyone that helped with this.”
