“This is the typical United States postal Service office. They do sell shipping supplies at an exorbitant cost, considering it's a government-run entity you'd think the supplies would be at a discounted rate or even for that matter free since they are being shipped via their service.
As typical the rates were high but the service was impeccable, my package arrived exactly when they said it would.”

“I have come here at least once a week for the last 4 years and have nothing but great things to say about this USPS branch. The ladies at USPS Berkley are amazing. They are always super friendly and helpful! There are sometimes long lines if you can't do the self service drop off but that is to be expected with any post office and not anyone's fault. The parking lot is easy to get in and out of. I've sent hundreds of packages over the years and never had a problem. They are always good about doing the initial scan for the package so I can be sure the package is shipped and in good hands. 5 stars!”

“We sent a package to Texas from this location and ran into difficulties that required tracking assistance. The staff here was very helpful despite the fact we had lost the tracking receipt. They looked it up and had a positive attitude through the whole process. Very glad we used this location.”
“My client was pu by me at nursing facility she couldn't walk...sil worker brought mail there were holding for her outside to the car. ..didn't get his name ...Black mail carrier you are the Best!...this was the only way to remember you on a Monday....heck I'm Black female....nice is nice no matter what color... ? “My experience at this USPS is that there is often slow service and a long line. There was a line again today, however Kayjay provided quick, efficient and client-friendly customer service. She acknowledged the wait and worked expediently to get my needs met in order to continue progressing the line, as she will presumably all day long. This employee deserves recognition!”

“Wheres my mail ! Live on Columbia Street and we get no mail ! I have credit card bills to pay! If my credit score goes down because I didn't get mail I'll suevthe post office! I need answers !”
“At first we were unsure if this was really a post office but they have a full array of the flat rate shipping boxes and envelopes. We got a tracking number and a flat rate shipping envelope. And the lady at the customer service counter was very nice and helpful!”
“Been there 2 times to get my package and everyone has been nice and polite even late in the day. The manager told me my package would be delivered to me today at the address on the package. I waited until well after post office hours and couldn't believe it when the manager himself knocked on my door to deliver the package. Extremely grateful to the staff and the manager Eric.”

“This cute little post office respectfully answered all the questions of the customer in front of me & I had very fast service myself. I had no issue being seen or with the business hours (I showed up at my lunch break at 11:50). I was in & out in 10 minutes.”
“Our company had a skeleton crew on 12/31/21 and I called the PO to let them know that the mailman would have to come through a different gate. She called him while we were on the phone and he said he would meet me out front in 2 min and there he was. What a great example of customer service!”

“So the road commission blew out my mailbox plowing the roads on 12/10 and our mail did not get delivered. We had very important medication for our son in the delivery.
