“My very first time staying at this hotel was in 2008 shortly after they’d done some renovations and stayed there multiple times over a 2 year span before I moved to the East Coast. I recently stayed there after many years and the stay was very pleasant. The rooms were still clean, comfy and convenient! Breakfast was nice and the staff were incredibly courteous and wonderful to interact with. The location is ideal for me when I have occasion to visit and I will certainly return!”

“Some of the recent reviews mention that the hotel is dirty and not properly renovated; this was not my case when I stayed here. The rooms were a little rough on the edges, but were very clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly, 3pm check in and noon checkout, room was ready upon arrival. For the fair price I paid, I got an efficiency apartment with full kitchen (large fridge, microwave, coffee maker, stove, toaster, dishes) and king size bed and couch. It's tucked away from the traffic, but close to many stores, restaurants, and attractions. Parking lot felt safe and well lit. I'd stay here again.”

“What a life saver in a time crunch. We had a previous hotel reserved. On arrival we noticed the place to look well. On the outside. People were leaving due to multiple bug infestations. Upon further reviews and history we couldn't stay there. It was completely gross.
That's when we found Sonesta Simply Suites. The staff was incredibly sweet and understanding. Helped us figure out a room and at a better rate than the previous place. Very informative and helpful with us not knowing the area.
I could not have been more satisfied with the way this hotel is run. The rooms themselves were immaculately clean. Full refrigerator, two top stoves, dishwashers, dishes and pots and pans. Down stairs upon asking, she has extra for free use. Like crockpots and more pots and pans. Games for families.
To put it this way, all hotels should learn from this one. True customer service all the way around! Cleanliness and care for the hotel is obviously seen throughout.

“I’ve booked a room through hotels.com with rating 9.2 which is really good for hotels this type.
But when I started to look at reviews here, I was in shock and was not sure if we are going to stay there.
People who complain about cleaning, what kind of cleanness you expect? Everything was clean, I saw cleaners downstairs constantly cleaning a breakfast area.
Beds are good, clean cotton sheets, good mattresses.
Water pressure was not at the best, but you certainly can take a shower without any problems.
Breakfast was good (potatoes, eggs and bacon crumbs). Maybe having a waffle would make it perfect? Yogurt is very good and juice is Minute made, not cheap one like Yuupie.
Clean nice hotel with exceeding expectations for its price.”

“Room clean, area feels safe and chocolate donuts for breakfast who can beat that. Service is getting 3 stars because the only person at the front desk who wasn't rude was the lighter haired lady during the day. The darker haired lady that sat off to the side behind the desk was rude and the night person acted like the two times I went up there for a question in a whole week was a problem to deal with. Don't ask where the ice is at at night and you'll be fine. Otherwise nice place to stay. Definitely worth the money.”

“I hope that staff or custodial has washed in the shower curtains in the imperial Motel indoors down I found light blessed scatter splatter on the shower curtain other than that hospitality and room was outstanding would recommend to a friend some more blue collar inventory could be practice on hospitality especially on the shower curtain precisely room number 14”

“A group stay was setup for my family traveling for a funeral through Marne at the front desk and it was great. The location, amenities and service were all amazing. The rooms and lobby were clean and well kept. The breakfast was a good option especially as we headed out in the early morning. I highly recommend this hotel as it is also located near a lot of other great shopping and dining options.”
