“Larry was absolutely awesome! A HUGE help in redirecting a package that was headed to Colorado from Michigan. It was quite the relief to have a super positive Post Office experience, as that isn't typically the case out here in CO. USPS needs more people like Larry! :) Thank you!”

“The ladies at the Midland office are always so friendly and very helpful. They start to recognize you after just a few visits and that greeting reflects it. Had only moved to town 9 months ago and with all the changes I had to do they gave me spot on recommendations to insure my mail would arrive to me.”

“I very rarely have anything positive to say about USPS. But the ladies who helped me with my passport application were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Knew what additional forms I would need & were able to see me way before my scheduled appointment.”
