“Everyone at the store were very friendly and helpful. Somehow once the order was placed my contact information got messed up. Our address was correct but it reverted back to my dad’s cellphone number. (He’s been gone 14 years). Consequently both numbers I left disappeared from the computer. Finally I stopped in and asked about our chairs. I was told they were in the warehouse. I paid the balance and set up delivery. I’m not sure how they were planning to contact me! Maybe they could have tried the Post Office.
We got them. We’re happy.

“I ordered a very expensive set of soap and hand lotion and was so excited to receive it; being that Im a big fan of Jean. It arrived in January and was frozen solid. As a result, the hand lotion was completely compromised and is like milky water. I had emailed Stoffer and they replied quickly; unfortunately it was going into my spam folder but alas, once we connected they very quickly replaced the bad bottle “on the house” and shipped me a new one. I’m SUPER grateful and as a result love Jean even more!”

“There is so much to look at. Plan on spending a while in there. The store looked clean. My only complaint .. when we were checking out, there were 2 cashiers talking bad about a customer to eachother so everyone in line could hear. Seemed pretty petty and unprofessional.”

“The experience of buying my table was great. The table is beautiful. You can tell the quality is amazing and will last a long time to come. Something that even can be passed down to my children. Truly if you invest in your dining room set, you will get yours money worth.What I didn’t care for was the communication. That is why I wouldn’t give 5 stars. I bought this table back in mid September and had to call several times. Until I someone finally connected me to a manager because no one knew what was going on with the table. I understand things get backordered, or production slows down. But a simple phone call, is decent.I called again the week of thanksgiving and they said it was in and they would need like two days to prepare it.Makes me wonder if I didn’t call would have I had before thanksgiving for our dinner?Like I said, the gentleman who sold it to me Jim, amazing, quality AMAZING.But I’m sorry, this business could use some training in calling customers back just to see where their order is. I don’t have a tracking number online where I can check stuff or anything. So that is very frustrating.I’m in the process of looking for a patio set, I saw the flyer your company sent out about the sale and am at a loss if I want to go through that again if I will have it by the end of the the summer.”
“We are the proud owners of a gorgeous, walnut, drop leaf table custom made by Daniel at Redwell Design. Daniel was extremely responsive to our specs, the table was delivered promptly and in perfect condition, and the quality and craftsmanship are beyond our expectations. We have received repeated compliments on the table as it is a focal point when you enter our living/dining area. What’s more is that the table is so perfectly functional. We are able to drop the leaves for it to function as a console table behind our sofa, and open it to function as a beautiful dining table when we have guests. The walnut top is stunning! Finally, we improperly lowered one of the drop leaves without fully inserting the support brackets and bent it. Daniel was immediately responsive and helped us replace the bracket, which was easy to install and our beautiful table is as good as new. We LOVE this beautiful work of art and we would recommend Daniel to anyone seeking quality, custom wood furniture.”
“Aaron's in Grand Rapid's is so fabulous! My washer died and it is a Stackable one so very pricey, Arron's brand new Stackable washer and dryer was actually cheaper to by out right before 120 day's is up, it was totally affordable! Joseph was amazing I was able to do it all over the phone Joseph walked me through step by step and was very patient with me! And they delivered and set everything up! The two delivery men were on time and had it set up in no time,also explained how everything work's and answered all my questions! Outstanding work thank you guy's your hard work is very appreciated!”

“My mother and I shopped today for a wedding gift. I printed the registry without issues (other than it decided I needed 3 copies.) I would be helpful if item locations were included on the registry, but it would just be a nice convenience tho not necessary. We started getting a little frustrated when the majority of their gift options were out of stock, discontinued, or available only online. Fortunately the associates we asked for help were very prompt in locating everything we were looking for.
As with every other large chain retail outlet, I would love to see more cashiers and fewer self check outs as they never seem to actually make checking out more expeditious...Just more likely to spread viruses and bacteria.
Overall, Ive always enjoyed shopping at Target though most of my experiences have not been in stores that carry groceries. I felt the grocery lay out was very awkward to navigate, though some of that impression is probably due to being unfamiliar with that area of the store. I love the $5 seasonal section and never fail to find something too cute to pass up.”

“I was out on a mission to find the perfect recliner my husband would love,in our price range (it is a costly time of year/Christmas time).
I shopped for 6 hours in Grand Rapids (I'm from Hastings). Started at Bob's Discount. Then Watson's,Box Drop(Scott was very nice and not pushy),back across the big city to Ashley Furniture and Value City Furniture.
Well...I returned home with no recliner.
The next day I took my husband back to Drop Box so he could sit in the recliner I thought he'd like.
Needless to say,he DID love it!!
Again, Scott was working and very helpful. We bought a great recliner at a fraction of the cost,it would have cost us at any of the other places!!
Will definitely do business with these folks in the future!!
