“My family and me all take our birds to casa and they get the job done our birds love it when we take them there and they enjoy the ride there workers and very kind and not rude at all my family owns 2 cockatiels 1 Quaker and 1 African ring neck and 1 Mexican conure and they do a very good job trimming there wings and there beaks I suggest casa la parrot to everyone I know who has a bird around the area”
“This location is always clean, well stocked , aisles are clear of clutter but the Best part is the staff. Their associates are very friendly, knowledgeable and so attentive. We are always greeted promptly and with a smile. I have been to other locations and this company does a great job in hiring, training and the standards ate customer focused. Very refreshing as most companies are focused on getting the customer in and out with as little contact as possible. Most companies give less product and hiked prices, its quite sad all the changes which is why it is so nice to find a Great Company that Appreciates their customers and makes feel valued as well as our pets. Great Job as a company from the vision to the execution. You are doing a Fantastic job. We Love shopping at your store. My family, and my children w/their kids all shop with you. Thanks for making it a great experience and I for got to mention the prices are great as well. “Staff was very accommodating towards my people aggresive dog.I had trouble finding someone who was willing to trim his nails and give him a full bath and blow out until I called one day to ask if we could try giving him a nail trim and grind.Very kind people who were willing to give it a go. My white german shepherds coat has never shined so bright before and I can't wait to make the next appointment.”

Corporate needs to do a better job taking care of them, and customers. I got an offer to get 15% off an in-store purchase of frozen dog food.. the only type of food my dog will eat. Well, I was excited, only to find out I have to BUY ONLINE and pick up IN STORE and this was after I already drove and arrived at the store HAHAHAHA. Corporate is a joke.”

I go there for Stella and Chewy's Meal Mixers which I've had my dog eating over half her life! And if your pup needs a bath? There's no place better to go than here! It's stocked with everything needed to get your dog sparkling clean and smelling nice! 🙂”
“My german shepherd doesn't do well with most food, but has been doing so well on K9 Kuisine. He drools heavily at meal time. The subscription and delivery service takes out all the hassle at a reasonable price. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and responsive. Highly recommended!”

“These guys are awesome. I recently purchased a zero turn tractor. After mowing one time, I realized it did not have suspension on the seat. As a senior, this was just too hard on my back and hips. I called and let them know the situation and they were as nice as could be about returning it and upgrading to a higher model. Everyone from Mike the manager on down to Liz (brand new hire) were involved assisting the swap. The amazing part was how they all assisted each other to make this happen. A very cohesive group. I wish I knew everyone's name because about 5 employees were involved in the return process.”

“We take our dog here every other week to help her with socialization and her nervousness. The staff is always friendly and the store is generally clean. We also enrolled in one of the dog training sessions. The trainer was very knowledgeable and helped us to deal with her nervousness and basic training. Definitely recommend.”
