“Making a call for service on one of your home’s most essential/expensive pieces of equipment is slightly nerve wracking.. That being said I was completely put at ease after Luke (owner of Bramlett) serviced my furnace! He went through EVERY step to ensure where my problem was and to make sure I had heat! Luke was very down to earth and thorough, qualities that are essential to keeping life-time customers and running a successful small business. I now have a company that I will confidently use for all my HVAC needs. Thanks again Luke and Bramlett Heating & Cooling!”

“I e ran here for random bolts or nuts or such things time to time over 20 years. Online inventory seems to be accurate which is a huge help. Staff has always been very friendly and helpful. They're a bit more expensive than the big box stores, sure, but it's convenient and not outrageously more. I do wish they carried Craftsman stuff as that's my personal preference and I'd buy my tools and bits here to support local. But that's a company decision, not a location one. Worth checking out! Check online if they have what ya need as well”

“This store has replaced my favorite hardware store, I used to go to wards hardware on buck lake. Since it was sold they replaced most of their hard workiing employees, which was half the of the reasons I went there for 30 years. They no longer cater to old time customers but increased their prices and carry half the merchandise they use to carry. Therefore I have discovered the True Value hardware What was I thinking that I never drove a mile farther down the road to find the hometown downhome friendly store that answers any stupid question I might ask to try and fill my request for that whatyamajiggie I am trying to find. Love this place.Pete and Faith Miller.”
