“I never have a problem with the Moross and Mack location or Metro Parkway and Groesbeck location. Both have a drive thru tellers so I can do my banking from my vehicle which is great for me as I am handicapped . Can't get a money order from the ATM and the lines inside are usually ridiculous.”

“A few months ago I closed out my old bank account & decided to open up a new one with citizens & I have to say I’m very impressed with the customer service & easy set up of my new account I came in a few weeks ago and made a deposit with Elise and she was very friendly :) I enjoyed speaking with her & she answered all of my questions concerning deposits, withdrawls and the ATM process. I didn’t know you could make a check deposit at the ATM now you learn something new everyday. I like this location it’s close to home and it’s very big and spacious!
