“Hector was absolutely amazing and truly saved our day! My mom and I were getting ready to go on a bike trip when we realized we had accidentally left our bike lock keys at home. We came into Ace Hardware hoping someone might be able to help us, and Hector went above and beyond. He helped us cut the bolt off our bikes so we could still go on our trip, and he did it completely free of charge.
He was incredibly kind, patient, helpful, and professional throughout the entire process. What could have easily turned into a frustrating situation ended up being such a positive experience because of him. You could tell that Hector genuinely cared about helping us rather than just treating us like another customer. Thanks to him, our plans were saved and we were able to enjoy our bike trip after all.

“They cut screws to size and check to see that the nut threads! Not exactly a hardware store which is a shame since Frentz is closing. Quite a few options though. The stinky chemical fragrance smell has gone down some thankfully. Always get good service. Tend to find the odd things I need. A tiny bit more expensive but a lot less stressful so it's worth it. I really wish they carried more oddball supplies. Bird seed and puzzles are some of the weird things I've bought here lol.”

“Yesterday, 9-26, I went to Ace Hardware and let me tell you the customer service was top notch. All of my questions were answered without feeling rushed and everyone took out the time to give me personalized attention, even the cashier was excellent! I wish I had their names to review here. Hopefully corporate sees this.
Today, I returned to Ace and had a problem with something I bought from another store-then I met Steve. He not only helped me but went way above and beyond to make sure my issue was fixed. He made me feel like such a valuable customer!

“Was frustrated i had a minor problem with a new dehumidifier. Had a call back within the hour. I was in first thing the next day. Problem solved in 15 minutes. They were outside and helped unload and load without asking.

“I love the personalized service I get whenever I come to this hardware store. Nothing will ever be like the 'old-school' hardware store (I'm old), but this certainly comes close. I find that they stock all (or most) of the items the big box stores have. If they don't have something, usually one of the associates can find a substitute that will work...and you can ALWAYS find someone to help! Great place!”

“I live in the subdivision right across the street from this woodcraft. Have been visiting the store for 4-5 years. The staff at this woodcraft is very friendly and knowledgeable. “I have rebuilt my 104 y/o wood frame windows with help from Wyoming Hardware and I just had custom old style screens made for the storm windows with aluminum screen. They sure did a fantastic job with 4 custom made old style screens and recovering the template I brought in with the aluminum screen material. My house even looks nicer from the street with the new screens now! They gave a great price and I had new screens in my hand in less then 24 hours!!🙂”

“Stopped by Ace Hardware this evening and had a really great experience. Brian was extremely helpful from the moment I walked in. I came in trying to figure out an issue with a piece of furniture that I couldn't get to easily open and close, and he was genuinely determined to help me diagnose what was going on. He didn’t just point me in a direction, he walked me through the problem and then showed me exactly what I needed to buy to fix it.
What really stood out was his patience and kindness. You can tell he actually cares about helping customers get things right, not just making a quick sale.
On top of that, he also took the time to help my wife figure out how to properly attach her PVC pipes to the wall. He walked her through options and made sure she felt confident about what to do next.
Really appreciate the level of service, it made what could have been a frustrating trip actually enjoyable. Definitely coming back.”
