Some may call it and ol' time hardware store. If by that, they mean the folks that work there are knowledgeable and dare I say eager to help, then yes ol' time it is.
Truth be told I could get lost for hours just looking around and thinking what I could build.
From odd bits, bolts and fittings to full lumber, they've got it.
I even happened in one early morning where the gentleman just made fresh chocolate chip cookies and generously shared 1 with me.

“They cut screws to size and check to see that the nut threads! Not exactly a hardware store which is a shame since Frentz is closing. Quite a few options though. The stinky chemical fragrance smell has gone down some thankfully. Always get good service. Tend to find the odd things I need. A tiny bit more expensive but a lot less stressful so it's worth it. I really wish they carried more oddball supplies. Bird seed and puzzles are some of the weird things I've bought here lol.”

“Great store. Good selection. Good sale on yeti products. I bought lawn fertilizer. However, The young man at the counter was a definite disappointment. First he was not helpful to the elderly gentleman that was in front of me. He was asking questions about the item he was purchasing. The young man at the register had a standard answer. “Idon’t know anything about it” that’s what he said to me when I asked a question. I get it. It’s annoying. However, the store was not busy. He could have been nicer about his attitude. After ringing me up he never offered to help me carry my 60 pound bag of fertilizer to my car. Which I don’t expect, whatsoever. My son, would have done it. Just sayin. Another customer had previously asked to help me which I declined. Iam 60 years old and can handle it. There are carts as well. It’s just the point. Maybe someone else might need the help. Anyway, the store is nice.”

“I have rebuilt my 104 y/o wood frame windows with help from Wyoming Hardware and I just had custom old style screens made for the storm windows with aluminum screen. They sure did a fantastic job with 4 custom made old style screens and recovering the template I brought in with the aluminum screen material. My house even looks nicer from the street with the new screens now! They gave a great price and I had new screens in my hand in less then 24 hours!!🙂”

“I was in need of a couple small hardware items that did not seem to be available locally, and for which shipping costs made it prohibitive ($3 for the items plus $15-$20 S&H!). RBrooke was no different - when I emailed they said sorry, their sales & shipping process makes cheaper impossible for internet sales. BUT then the guy on the other end said, "But I just could send you the parts for free." Arrived a few days later, at no cost to me. I can't say much for their process, but the people and customer service philosophy are excellent!”
