“I had a very large curbside order today that was charged to my account, but somehow I never got the confirmation email, text, etc. When I realized that it was time to pick up the order I also realized that I had not received any confirmation email or text. I called the 800 number to get assistance from customer service and was able to speak with a wonderful man named David who confirmed that they did not have that order in their system either. Because of that, I made a quick Aldi pickup order from the school pick-up line as I was waiting for my kids with the plan of picking up the order later. Once that order was submitted, Maria from the Howell location called me and said hey, we have another very large order for you did you want me to fill this or was it a mistake? I told her what happened and how everything didn't come through on the confirmation side for me, she got the other order canceled out and was so polite and so helpful and I was so grateful for her today. She made my day so much easier!”

“We have lived in the area for many years, and Cameron is the best addition to the pharmacy and by far the best pharmacist we have ever had. On the other hand, the Rx tech Julie always makes comments about how busy they are and how many Rx they filled that day. I don't ask when it will be ready. I just say I'm in no hurry.”

“Things are'nt moved every 5 minutes so you can find what you want. They also don't shut down registers like i'm a thief. Never stole anything & appreciate not being accused. Only problem is the smaller movie section. Wouldn't have to go across the street if they could fix that.”

“This weekend I had purchased a cake for a special event for my wife and granddaughter. Went to VG's Howell Mi. and explained to Brooks in the bakery department about what I would like. She did an amazing job with the decorations and flavor of the cake. No where in Michigan will you find a better tasting & decorated cake but before ordering please be sure to request it from Brooks. She is in our opinion the BEST in the cake business! J G”

“Kroger always seems to be cheaper than Meijer but I have avoided the store in Hartland because several times in the past the cashiers and baggers seemed grumpy and roughly handled the produce but today it was a completely different group of employees. Everyone in the store was friendly and helpful! I was looking pretty grungy but I was greeted no less than 5 times and they seemed genuine. How nice.”

“This is one of the best Walmart I have ever been to. Super friendly. Store is,always well organized and clean. Very spacious setup and wide aisles makes shopping an ease. Love love the grocery pick up service!!! Way better than krogers. There is no service fee and they let you check your meat and produce to ensure that you are happy with the quality. Very friendly and fast service..no. 1 pick hands down!”

“They do there best and sometimes get overwhelmed as you will notice a cart shortage from time to time. However, recently I was in the store and it was off the charts busy. Normally, I would flinch at the idea of sitting in line and fighting through the busy aisles...Not this time. Instead, they were moving like a well-oiled machine. Normally, the self check-out line is where the majority of the people are and the speed is the fastest. These lanes were filled with a half-dozen waiting and we were in a hurry. Reluctantly, we took our place third in line in the express lane; I was amazed before I had time to inspect the next lane, we were moving. Baggers were at every lane and the speed was lightning. I continued to stare in awe, realizing the entire check-out area was operating at full potential. Kudos Howell Kroger! You rocked it out the day after the New Year and your stock was great; the store was clean; and all were pleasant.”

“I want to hop on here and say what a great job lately these wonderful pharmacist have been doing! Seriously I want everyone to know that they have always been hard working and work fast to try to get everything ready for alot of people. There was a time they were having so much troubles. Long hours lack of help, and delays but they were always kind and curious even if they were having a long day. I respect these men and woman as I too know what it's like and feel for you. This isn't a sympathy post but a actually acknowledgment that they have really turned it around and are great and happy to have them as my pharmacy! “Stopped in on our way to a lake day on lake Shannon. Purchased eggs, bacon and meat for lunch. Everything was either local or Michigan made. Also picked up worms for fishing. Very convenient very good. Inside is renovated nicely. Great easy stop.”
