“I love coming to this location to shop. The people are so nice and the manager is a charm. He make sure that he treat every customer that walks into the store with respect. He’s such a kind man. And he has an assistant manager by the name of Bri, who is always smiling ? she is the life of the store, and I can tell she going to help the store go far. Cannot pick a better Dollar General to shop at.”
“Staff is very friendly, i purchased a pair of gold earrings. I was so excited about buying a Palm tree plant that I left the store and forgot the earrings. Me and the manager had a good laugh about it. And yes, the plant brings a smile to my face daily.”
“I visited with a friend who hadn't purchased a new suit in 30 years. We had just left men's wearhouse which was a disaster.The salesperson's name was Jason, and he could not have been more courteous or respectful. My friend is retired, and of limited means. I immediately let him know that my friend was not interested in anything over $400. He read his client perfectly, and helped select the perfect suit.My friend would never have chosen von maur on his own, but they have made a client for life.Thank you Jason and Von Maur!”

Due to my hectic schedule today, I made the exception, and I'm glad I did.Quickly picked up my items and proceeded to check out. There was an issue with the register, but Jeanette was extremely patient in getting the issue resolved.There was a manager who came up to assist, and I appreciate it because he was extremely busy in the furniture department but also took his time to help me, and it was greatly appreciated. You both displayed great customer service.You now have another loyal customer. Thank you for all of your help. ?”

“Needed to make an exchange and service counter was a good experience to start. Returned with the item I wanted to exchange with original item. Explained to different employee I was having issues w card I made purchase w I'd like to put it on I gift card I had .36 cents remaining. She said that wasn't possible...went ahead a put the difference on the card for original transaction (I wasn't aware yet) I said well put on a different one? She said too late it's on the original card...???? Ummm thanks for asking first? But I was talking to her but actually she was busy talking to another employee & not paying attention to me lol...So there's that little bit of her not hearing me telling her I was having issues with the card I made the original purchase with. So now the difference she put back where I didn't want her too is in limbo until everything is fixed. But hey whatever right? Lol at least I got the exchange done & there's money there one of these days. No big deal.”

“Was at the Northville Kohls today getting a price adjustment on some item. Kristie Baer helped us at the checkout and she was awesome. Very patient and cheerful. Nothing was a big deal with her. Love it when you run into someone like her. It really makes your day.”

“I had a mishap at the register while checking out on Dec, 11-2024. I left disappointed this day, because Meijer's is my favorite place for shopping. When I got home later on this day, I checked my email, and Meijer's had sent me a survey. I decided to fill out the survey explaining my mishap and The manager William Hall responded quickly in a matter of hours. He apologized for the mishap and told me to come in and ask for him, and he would give me a $10 happy card! I've never heard about a happy card before, and I responded that a happy card would definitely make me happy. So, I went back to Meijer's on Dec 24-24 to do my last minute Christmas shopping, and I asked for Mr. William Hall. an employee who was very nice, lead me to him, and I walked up to and said hello, my name is Stephanie, and you told me to come in and get my $1000, happy card. He looked at me and laughed really hard, and said oh no, I didn't say that! even though I was teasing Mr. Hall, he had a great since of humor and personality. He then took me to the service desk and had someone to give me my happy card, and I'm still happy about this on Christmas morning. Please take the time out to fill out surveys for any stores if you're not satisfied, because you'll never know what kind of compensation you will receive for customer satisfaction. I've enclosed a picture of my happy card, because I'm a happy and satisfied customer of Meijer's.”

“Omg. I never shop behind the main street that I live on or by but they were super nice and the store was super organized and in order. They were kind. So I will return because thier customer service was impeccable. Man, I am a super geek for customer service. If I had some money, I would have bought them dinner. The store was so neat and organized. Cause that one one Telegraph sends me in to 1000000 panic mode. But the store on Outer Drive surprised me. I will return just because of the excellent customer service and the neatest of the store. “They have slippers online I went to 2 different stores fairlane and Taylor. It was listed on the store website that they had these slippers but neither store carried them the tailor store I actually ordered them again for me off the computer because I originally ordered them on the computer and not order the size 8 and they were bigger than my 8 and a half so I ordered a sixth to suppose to come in on the 12th I hope they fix it. And I'm glad that at the Taylor location I had a sales representative and as if that was willing to help me and she did so she ordered a slippers for me.”
“So much nicer since the renovation. Staff and cashier's are always on point and friendly. My only complaint is the poles on the buggies that prevent them from leaving the store. If you have a lot of bags or bulky items like paper towel or toilet paper its a bit inconvenient.”

“Everfresh is usually fully stocked. They were out of red peppers, and were charging 1.99 each for small, dented green peppers, many had bad spots. They were selling for 4 for one dollar a few days before that. Went to another market, and got them for 1.00.”
