“Got multiple different leaks repaired, ball joint and tie rod replacement, muffler welded, and some other things done. Picked it up and 1 day later woke up to fluids still leaking out. Called and left voicemail to get it check out again when they open up. I'll have to come back and update the review after it's been checked out again and a solution is made.”

“I had some light scrapping on the front end of my car and they took care of it within hours. It came out phenomenal with all the paint blended and polished and it looks like nothing ever happened to it. They were very friendly and easy to work with that it made a situation that was a little upsetting to me resolved within hours and stress free.”

“I had a great experience with Gerber Collision after my 2024 Trax was hit by a deer. My car was completed even quicker than I expected, and the entire process was so easy from start to finish. Everyone I worked with was friendly, helpful, and thorough with both the repairs and inspection. They handled everything with my insurance company, Allstate, and even got me set up with a rental car for the duration of the repairs, which made the whole situation much less stressful. My Trax looks great, and I really appreciate how easy Gerber made the entire process. I would definitely go back to them for any future vehicle repairs. Thank you for the great service!”

“This shop is hands down the best paint shop in Michigan. Great prices, amazing turn around time and they do excellent work. They communicate well and the folks who work here are very professional, experienced and helpful. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. I’ve had a hood shipped here and painted and on another occasion a bumper and front fenders delivered and painted. Both times I was very impressed and happy with their service. Choose this location and you will be impressed. Thanks guys !”

“Gerber has been our “go to” body shop for several deer accidents. Their workmanship is top of the line and we have never had to return a vehicle after a repair.”

“From the time we stopped to just look at vehicles to see what we liked. Tyler Bittinger approached me and asked if I'd like to look inside the vehicle. We told him we just stop by to look that he didn't have to open it he said it was not a problem for him to do that. Tyler opened the vehicle all up so we could see and he explained the features and showed us some of the things the vehicle offered. Not one time did he pressure us to buy anything. He asked what we were looking for and showed us all the different SUV's offered and explained the difference between them. He never acted frustrated with all our questions and took the time to open and show us each one so we could see the difference as well. when we explained we were just n looking today and we weren't sure if we were going to buy anything just yet. He simply said no problem here is my card told us his hours and said if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me. This is when my husband and I decided we were definitely coming back to buy our vehicles from this young man. We bought five vehicles from him two being for our company and three for our personal (husband, daughter, myself). I highly recommend Tyler when purchasing your next vehicle as he was so wonderful from start to end! Thank you again Tyler for such a great experience purchasing our new Kia Vehicle's”
