And is near the Michigan center one. Might as well close the one in center and expand this one into a dollar general market like the one in Marshall.”

“Since the remodel, it is very cramped and it difficult to find what you’re looking for. There are also a lot of carts and broken down boxes in the middle of a few aisles which make it even more difficult to navigate around the store. Other than that, I’ve been coming here since it was built and it’s very convenient”

“The store is often cluttered as are most Dollar Tree or Dollar Generals etc. due to the high flow of product they get in, but outside of that they do their best to assist their customers. In my experience the staff that stock the shelves are consistently friendly, and more than willing to move their carts if necessary or reach something for you if asked. The registers are as they are at most places, understaffed, but the cashiers do their best to get you out scanned as quick as they can.”

“This has become my go-to spot now that I’m not living that city-life convenience anymore. I’m always able to get in and out quickly, the store is clean, and the people who work here are always kind and helpful. I also love using the Dollar General app for coupons — when I remember to use them! Overall, it’s a convenient little stop and I’m glad to have it nearby.”

“Not every dollar general is the same. I will say that have more on the shelves than others do. The bigger ones have more items than the smaller ones but prices are the same. The staff is still the same nice and helpful.”

“I was in the south side DG this afternoon (2/6/24) and whoever the young man working the register was deserves a promotion immediately. Wish I had caught his name, but he had excellent customer service skills, and just had that positive energy. Give him a raise and promotion immediately!
