“Dan, Daniel, Paul and the other names I can’t recall are the absolute best around. They have helped me (patiently) with two homes. They are always friendly and make sure I tell them what I need or any questions I ask. I was at an Ace in Brooklyn two (2) days ago. It is run by people in their 20’s who are NOT interested in the customer. ACE in Vandercook Lake sits 12 miles from my home but it is worth every drop of gas and miles. Thanks to all of you at Ace in Vandercook for keeping the professional bar raised!”

“Can't rate these guys high enough! Every time I come here I have a great experience. This is why you should always patron your local hardware store over bigbox idiots with cheap parts. These guys here always know exactly how to help, they know their inventory, they're quick, I'm in and out of here in a minute and I have never had to make a return! Keep up the great work guys!”

“Yes I stopped in there just to look around and they were so friendly and helpful I ended up buying some stuff I did need . And I can say there prices are extremely fair. The same items I bought I had checked some of the bigger stores and these folks were cheaper on all items . I will definitely be back for my paint. Thank you for opening out this way !”

“My go to tool store. People say what you will, but I been using tools from HF for years. If something has happened to a tool. I have never had a problem getting it replaced. While I do have my Dewalt suite of tools. I also have a suite of RF battery tools. I figure, like most other products, made by one company, then whom ever slaps their labels on the provide spot. I don't know that I would use these tools for commercial work. But then I don't have a need to. I will say, I use my Dewalt 20V drill to drill dozens of ice fishing holes. My HF 20V will not drill one, it quickly binds.”

“The staff was very helpful. I had to ask where things were 3 times and got a very good experience. I didn't have a hard time finding an employee until I went to go to the cash register. And I stood in line for a while. That's the only complaint I really had everything else was wonderful and they had everything I needed. I would like to see them upgrade their pressure washing. Accessories and get commercials, size pressure washers or a hot water pressure washer systems in there.Other than that, everything else is great. They had a very good experience”
