“My pup and I love this place!! We go to Amaura's Paw Spa within the building and we absolutely love her! She's so detailed-oriented and you can tell that she genuinely loves all the animals that visit her! I feel that she charges a reasonable rate for all that she does and how much she actually cares for my dog! We have been a regular customer for nearly 3 years! We are so happy and recommend her to everyone we know!!The building has recently been renovated into several single pet grooming businesses. There is a really nice sized parking lot in the back, pretty easy to get to from Lake Michigan Dr.”

“I just went to PSP for dog food. I am very pregnant and had my two year old in tow. I was almost instantly assisted by a kind worker and shown where the brand of dog food I needed was, it was put in my cart, and he offered to even put it in my car for me. He stayed at check-out where he got my daughter a snack and interacted with her as we walked to my car. He put the dog food in the back and even took my cart in. I wish I had paid better attention to what his name was, but he went above and beyond was his job was to assist me. I appreciate him very much and because of his kindness I will definitely be returning!”

“We discovered K9 Kuisine recently and what a wonderful discovery it has been! My dogs were more and more leaving their bowls of kibble completely untouched from breakfast to dinner and I knew I had to make some changes. Never have I seen either of these dogs eat as enthusiastically as they have with these raw food blends. They are actually asking for their meals now which makes me feel very very good. Everyone is very nice, they remember you after only a couple visits, they are knowledgeable, and seems to care for the animals in the store which you don't see in big box stores. Someone is always doing some type of maintenance on cages or tanks or feeding an animal. Definitely recommend.”

“This location was recently remodeled and it looks amazing! Staff are always friendly & helpful! They have new baths in the back & it's super nice! I would recommend bringing your own shampoo for your pet, the ones they provide do not make my dogs hair very soft at all. The water to the baths didn't get to warm either! Not sure if that's an easy fix on their end. That's the only reason I won't be giving my dog a bath there again. But I love stopping here for my dogs food + toys & treats! They always have a good stock of basically everything!”

“The employees don't seem as knowledgeable as at other pet stores. We bought some fish and one looked a little iffy before we left so we asked about it at the check out and the cashier basically shrugged her shoulders and gave an uncertain explanation for why he looked questionable. Well sure enough the fish died within a week. Thankfully they have a warranty return window for fish so we could replace it for free”

“I came for vetco which is their vet techs who come a few days a month to vaccine and micro chip for under $150. Best price I got while calling around, not to mention they were super helpful!!! 100% recommend them! You can book your appointment online based on what day they're there. They also have a grooming clinic inside as well!”

Parents -- please teach this to your children for their own safety AND for that of the animal you do not know.While we were there, we witnessed several children harassing people's pets while the parents absolutely did not care, even when asked to have their kids stop touching a pet.Don't be those people! This is a great store with great employees and nice products. Be nice!”
