I'm already a happy customer, yet I was further impressed by a cold-call rep today. Highly knowledgeable, excellent pitch, yet still a great listener. Truly a genuine pleasure. I'm not even in the market for her offer at this time, but I was hooked by her as a person. I made sure to get her contact info because I WILL reach out to her directly if my situation changes.
I wish all cold-callers could project themselves with that kind of fidelity to their character.

“Earlier this year, I had a circumstance that let me to believe one of my accounts may have been compromised. As it turned out, that did not occur but I do want to recognize three Honor employees who made a difficult and frustrating situation tolerable. Kimberly Nower, Jenny Ritsema and Dan Carpenter. I worked first with Kimberly to whom I reported the potential issue(s). She did everything she could - she provided great customer service and was someone I knew personally. She also referred me to Jenny Ritsema because Kimberly felt that Jenny would be able to provide great security support and she did. Jenny did an amazing job and was wonderfully responsive. Ultimately, to resolve all the items left on the check list, I was introduced to Dan Carpenter who, to this day, still provides assistance when needed on any topic or banking question I have. Dan did a wonderful job above and beyond what one could normally expect even in a potential account security situation. He provided great customer service. Thankfully, the good news is that there were ultimately no security issues and I am confident that the primary reason is due to the quick and thorough efforts of all three Honor employees I had the pleasure of working with and the security precautions they put in place.”

“The only reason this place isn't getting 5 stars is their policy on no hats. But this review aimed towards Lisa McNeel. I had a pretty bad case of fraud hit my account and I was not having a good time and I was sleep deprived. She was extremely patient, understanding and helped me get through the entire process and one of the other ladies that worked there, helped get my process going faster so I could get home and get to sleep. Lisa is outstanding and extremely helpful. I will gladly go back to this location because of her. Lisa deserves a promotion!”

“Well I need a loan for a truck after I told about mine. I've been with Omni since I was a kid, so I thought I would just try to see if I could get alone through them. I just answered a few questions about the truck I was getting. They sent me an email with all the loan information I had the sign. I did the E sign and in lest then two hours I had my new truck. I came in to get the check and they had it ready to go, talk about no waiting. Thank you all for all your help.

“I have had a personal account for a very very long time. I have direct deposit and typically only use the ATM, but in July 2024 I have had a need to do business banking that require me to develop a more in person relationship with Comerica. It saddens me that they are being forced to close branches, but I understand the times we live in. As I had said, I hadn't done much in person banking with Comerica, but I am very impressed with the staff on Gull Road. Initially I worked with Tanya, and she is extremely friendly and helpful without being pushy, but everyone is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend the Gull Road branch for old school customer service.”
