“Very Kind and Professional
Made me feel welcome
Had to walk a mile or so in the heat and was patient while I tried to read the screen
Simply Put it was a Pleasure”
“I recently received the best customer service from one of your employees, Trienenne (please forgive me if I misspelled her name—my phone autocorrected it).
I was having a rough morning after dropping my dog off for a procedure, and I honestly wasn’t in the best frame of mind. From the moment she helped me, her kindness, enthusiasm, and genuine personality completely changed my mood. She made me smile and reminded me what outstanding customer service looks like.
It’s rare to come across someone who makes that kind of impact with a simple interaction. Give that girl a raise—she is truly an asset to your company! Thank you for making a difficult morning a little brighter.”

“As usual the staff were helpful. At some places staff just stare at you, don’t greet you, are involved in their phone, or act like it’s bother to help. That is never the case at this UPS store. Eye contact and pleasant greeting.”
