“The Bay City store is usually kept very clean as well as being fairly small so it's easy to find what you are shopping for. I've always found the workers to be friendly and helpful and most of the products are reasonably priced for the quality. However, there is usually a bit of a wait to get checked out as there has only ever been 1 lane open with a few people standing in line when I've gone in. This has happened on multiple occasions.”
“This is the best hardware store we've ever been to. Immediately as we walked in the door we were greeted with a genuine warm welcome from the staff. The bearded gentleman asked us right away if he could help us find anything. We took him up on the offer and he was able to get us everything we needed! During check out we could just feel the small town, small business vibes as they greeted most guests by first name. We left there feeling like we could have hung out there all day.
