“This is the first place you want to start any project good value on the best stuff with answers that can save you a ton of money and time. I would suggest Linwood tile to anyone. And you don't have to be a contractor to go there”
“My go to store in my hometown of Linwood. You'll be greated in a friendly manner and helped in a professional way.
A must stop for tools and hardware.”
“I want to give shout out to Roy !!!! And the entire crew at Harbor freight. I went in there yesterday and they could have been mean and make me lock my bike outside but the peddle was coming off I'm not telling ppl. To take your stuff inside I just took a chance and went for it. Again thank you. I hope your company knows they have a great employee!”
“I have always always always rented tables and chairs for events from here! Plus, their advertising on Facebook is hilarious and great. Family run business, friendly and knowledgable staff. Also a woman owned blade sharpening business located inside!”

“Great place, outstanding staff. I lost a sizable gift card there, and they held it for me about 4 months. Returned it to me, and I was stoked! My favorite Ace hardware.”

“Gil Roy's Helpful staff the three employees who were working the day Icame in were patient and between the three of them they came up with many solutions to help me fix my problem. At a reasonable price and was more custom and helpful then going to a big box hardware store. Thx Guys , your help made my plumbing installation much less if a hassle.”
“Worst customer service desk in town. They need training on treating customers. Awful experience. When we consider where to go we think about the customer service desk ladies and head to Menards.
UPDATE: Visited the customer service desk recently and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and kindness of the staff there. Congratulations on listening to your customers. We appreciate the positive attitude. Yes!”

Met me at the door service like he used to see in the old days. Couldn’t have been more friendly. Don’t throw that old air compressor away stop in and see these guys. They’re fantastic.”

“The guys in Bay City were great! I pulled in right at closing time on a Friday to get my CO2 tank exchanged to carbonate my brite tanks at Cadillac Winery/ LeRoy brewing before leaving for vacation on Sunday. Even though they were walking to there cars, they helped a desperate brewer in a pinch! I hope they had a good weekend, we had a good vacation and when we got back our carbonation was perfect! Cudos to them!”
“I visited the garden department and found everyone there very helpful and especially want note that the cashier Miranda was very helpful and friendly and makes you want to return to do more business with the Bay City, MI Home Depot.”

“I live about 2 blocks away so this is my go to place, and I realized very quickly that quality service depends on if you are a man or cute as hell, in store staff is helpful to a certain point, but across the street where the riding lawn mowers are needs attention! I was looking for a rider and the man that was helping me acted like I was annoying him right away! Mind you the mowers are not cheap! That day I was having issues with my credit card so I came back the following week, this time the gentleman that helped me was 50 times more helpful.... I come to this hardware store because its closer and I like Ace Hardware stores!! But I can go elsewhere...”
